At best, 3 more years if they hire some proven football people...but in reality, I see no reason to expect them to return until there is drastic and meaningful change....in other words...not in the foreseeable future.... It will take 2 good drafts and 2 good FA periods to sign enough quality first string and depth players to make this team competitive on a weekly basis.
