Chef Jim Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 101. When someone wants the Chef to sign the copy of the menu and the Chef has already gone home make sure you give it to the person in the kitchen who hasn't been the "acting chef" recently. Let them in on the fun too.

No but I think the waiters were smart enough (probably the only time) to tell the customers that the Chef wasn't available. But it was funny, we'd take turns signing his name and of course you had to say it out loud with an outrageous French accent when you signed Jean-Pierre Lemmanissier
