JPicc2114 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Was is just me, or were those 2 games instant replays of each other??
JPicc2114 Posted November 2, 2009 Author Posted November 2, 2009 Meaning.. it was close until the 4th Quarter then the run defense blew the game because the offense couldn't stay on the field
Mark Vader Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 I'd agree with that. Our offense was awful today. Let's face it, Byrd's 2nd INT and Jackson's big KO return were what set up our scoring drives. We even wasted the good field position we had after Slaton's fumble. During the game people were complaining about how soft the defense was in the 2nd half, but the defense can not take all the blame for what happened today.
Omar Little Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 I said the same thing while watching the Texans game. Pretty much a carbon copy of the Saints game in terms of holding a big-time offense in check for a while before the dam broke, and obviously the offense did absolutely nothing in either contest.
