RayFinkle Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Cheers? Jeers? Nobody give a crap? I'm curious.
BillnutinHouston Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I thought I heard on the postgame show that Ralph said the they are trying for a Superbowl to reward the fans, the fans deserve it, something to that effect. We need to hear from someone who was there.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I thought I saw golf clapping in the stands in the infamous Jauron style when CBS had a blurb of it.
Pozitive51 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I am sure there was a good amount of classless drunks booing.
SAbills Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 All news reports seem to indicate it was all cheers. Too bad he didn't receive the ring after the game.
DreamOnDan Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Ralph got a great reception. He had a nice speech. He opened with a pretty good joke. He said in 50 years he has given a lot of rings away but never recieved one himself... ha ha then he closed with his dream is still to bring a superbowl to the peopl of buffalo. It was a heartfelt speech in my opinion

SKRAAPY Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I was there. Ralph was fairly well received. There were scattered boos here and there, but fans showed discontent during the "superbowl" remark. Ralph without a doubt heard the grumbles. Anyway, jarius Byrd is a pro bowler
Captain Hindsight Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Couldnt tell ya i went for a beer...something told me i would need it
KD in CA Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 then he closed with his dream is still to bring a superbowl to the peopl of buffalo. Too bad he didn't say he had a checkbook open to bring a Superbowl to Buffalo. Might as well keep dreaming as long as the FO/coaching is among the worst in football.
Just Jack Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Half the stadium went to the bathrooms/concessions. The other half that stayed were mostly polite.
Rayzer32 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Half the stadium went to the bathrooms/concessions. The other half that stayed were mostly polite. More than half, as I went as well. There was maybe a third of the crowd there to listen to his worthless blurb.
Wooderson Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 He was given a lot more cheers than I expected, at least from my section...I sat there and listened but I didn't cheer or boo. I couldn't really tell you much of what he said, because I couldn't hear very well, but it was a pretty short speech.
mjohns85 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 All news reports seem to indicate it was all cheers. Too bad he didn't receive the ring after the game. it was all cheers b/c we had the lead at halftime
PromoTheRobot Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 What struck me is how accepting the crowd was of the loss. It's like everyone has given up getting angry over the Bills. Instead of booing they just headed for the exits. PTR

PTR I said the same thing to my brother as we left and he just said "no words" Sorta how i feel after that game. i knew at halftime it was over dispite having the lead...3 turnovers in the first half and only 10 points on the board. Matt Schaub is too good that game was over
