John Adams Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Yeah, bang-up job by him on that 36-yard reception by Jones. That's why he won't be on the pro-bowl ballot. Kid may be a ball hawk, but there's more to the safety position than interceptions. Coaching staff quoted as saying that he's playing on instinct to this point and needs more "coaching." Awesome. (BTW, I'd have to see that play again to see if it was his fault. I have no idea on first look. He was open by 10 yards so someone definitely !@#$ed up.)
MaineMoxie Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 He doesn't even make adjustments to his post-game interview. He doesn't even make adjustments to his facial expression (no reason for a plural there).
San Jose Bills Fan Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Yeah, bang-up job by him on that 36-yard reception by Jones. That's why he won't be on the pro-bowl ballot. Kid may be a ball hawk, but there's more to the safety position than interceptions. Wow. Of course he's a rookie who's still learning to play safety after a career as a cornerback. But the reason we've won two games in a row and are winning here is mostly because of Byrd. You'd rather see Whitner and Scott back there? Apparently your glass is half empty.
ofiba Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Only way we win this one is if the D gets 2 more turnovers. The offense can't put together a drive of longer than 40 yards.
DC Tom Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 it's hard to make halftime adjustments in the NFL They had a good week of halftime adjustments...it just didn't translate to halftime.
John Adams Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Steve Johnson got his number called twice today. 5 yard out on 3rd and 7 and an illegal block. He needs more playing time!
Bills Fan888 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 If the Bills offense can drive it down the field and get a TD I will be amazed.
Mr. WEO Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 He doesn't even make adjustments to his facial expression (no reason for a plural there). With the shades---he's Bernie from "Weekend At Bernie's".
John Adams Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 But the reason we've won two games in a row and are winning here is mostly because of Byrd. Fact.
manateefan Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Go Bills! Need an internet conection. Please help!!!

Put Byrd in on nickle packages until he learns the position.
