NewHampshireBillsFan
Musical chairs at QB has nothing to do with the Bills? Fitzpatrick Edwards Losman Holcomb Bledsoe How many QBs can Jauron possibly start in such a short span? The first part of Fisher's interview showed a clear dissatisfaction with Adams. He seems to know that ship has sailed. He then rapidly changed gears and gave his own philosophy of QBing. That philosophy would be refreshing to the Bills who have a QB controversy brewing again. He is not being allowed to implement it with his current employer. In 4 seasons with the Bills DJ has first started Losman and then made the decision to start Edwards early in the latter's career. DJ has done a lot of things wrong but he is not guilty of starting QB controversies. In addition RW supposedly dictated that Rob would start in the playoff game over Flutie. So Fisher's actions, not seemingly being happy about his owner's decision, far from impressing RW, would make him dead meat as far as having any potential future with the RW. billsfreak
Are you serious? Where do you get off using the topic heading "Fisher lobbying for 2010 Bills?" out of that? Damn, your post made him change the headlines? Shows you how desperate some people are to be noticed.
billsfreak
I can see how it would seem like a crooked line but it is not. Step 1 is a clear identification by Fisher that he is done with the Titans. He can't say it directly, but it is obvious as he pretty much states he is in 100% disagreement with the owner. Step 1 would be enough to end the topic but he proceeds to step 2, which could only relate to what he wants to do AFTER the Titans. In step 2 he talks about how he wants to pick a QB and stick with him. We have established this is not about the Titans, but who could it be about? What team will probably have a new coach in 2010? There are several. Which of those is in this position because of musical QBs? That narrows the list doesn't it? I am releived to know that you aren't stretching here at all? He could be talking about a job at NASA too, it has about as much to do with that as it does the Bills.

timba
We really haven't been playing musical chairs with our qb's... Edwards is hurt so the backup is playing. Maybe he's talking about the Browns instead? Or maybe he's just being a good coach and is trying to keep some stability at the most important position on offense. Bufcomments
If Jeff Fisher has an problem with the owner of the team it is ALWAYS a bad thing. If the Titans do the dumb move and fire Fisher at the end of the season Ralph should make him his #1 choice. You could hire Fisher head coach and GM, say for 7 million a year , with the money you save from dumping T.O. Just a thought ,you can keep Jauron as Assistant HC , take that title off April and just leave him as Special Teams coach.

phypon
Thank you so much. I mean it. I really needed a laugh today and this thread delivers. Outstanding job Cray-Z! On a side note, Cray-Z, which games do the Bills need to lose this year in order to increase their standings and leap frog over the *pats?

crazyDingo
I had a feeling Fisher has been lobbying for the Bills job since the Music City Miracle--to put his karma right again-- and this finally proves it. Well done, crayonz. Well done, indeed.

Hire Fischer as HC/GM Fire or demote Brandon back to Marketing/Assistant GM in training(LOL) Demote Jauron from HC to Assistant HC/Defensive Coordinator Fire Fewell or demote him to DB/DL coach Demote Van Pelt and sign a real OC, or Keep Van Pelt on a short leash Seriously tho, with the money you would have to spend on Jauron getting fired you could just make him a highly paid DC while promoting and moving others. That way you can keep them all. If they dont like it, they can quit.
