I was very intrigued when we signed this guy but I have yet to see anything related to his name from camp reports. With ALL of our TEs having a tough time staying on the field could we try him at TE and at least get him some reps? I know he is only 6'2 but it might be a way for the team to develop him and see what he has. What do you guys think?

I know the signing of Duke Williams was low key despite his great season in the CFL, but seeing his highlights and his size, I thought he was an intriguing addition to a mediocre wide receiver group. However, after the additions of John Brown and Cole Beasley, we didn’t hear much about Duke in the OTAs and minicamp. Now, all the pre-training camp articles mention Foster, Jones, Brown & Beasley but not Duke. Could he be a diamond in the rough? At the age of 26, he should be in his prime.

Just closely watched these highlights. The guy is arguably a more complete receiver than anyone coming out of college this year. He has speed (why did he run only a 4.72 at the combine?), separation, elevation, ability to catch in traffic and is elusive enough to rack up YAC. Almost every throw he catches at its highest point (except for the one where he was unsighted and it hits his helmet - he still comes up with it). Enjoy!! Was I wrong on this guy? Reports and the fact he is working with the starters while A. Williams recovers would indicate he has improved from last year. I thought he was awful last year. I thought he would be cut at the end of the season. But he looks to have made some improvement. Maybe Ed Reed is a capable teacher

Your boy Duke is all over The Real Housewives of Atlanta this season. I know most of you probably do not watch this show but maybe your wife or girlfriend does. He is dating Porsha who is Kordell Stewart's ex-wife. She throws a big Bills-themed party to intriduce him to her family and friends after about a month of dating and he looks like he wants to crawl under a rock.
