Josh was terrible in the 1st half of the title game. I know he is god but we can be honest. James Cook was our best player in the game and should have had more touches.
-
If the less choking is in reference to QB vs QB, Josh doesn't choke.

“loser talk” to point out that Mahomes has had a better, more clutch team with better coaches around him than Josh Allen? Lets take a look… 13 Seconds Dawkins got his ish pushed by Jones on a would be go-ahead TD to Shakir in a game we then missed the game tying FG with minutes left. Kincaid drops a pass you for d**n sure know that Kelce, even at his age, catches. So, not sure how it’s loser talk to state weve had a generationally elite postseason QB that keeps losing to Mahomes because he has had better teams, less choking and better coaching. Tell me which part of this you disagree with and what equates to loser talk. I don’t know anything I stated that’s even controversial.

My healthier then anyone I know at her age neighbor across the street just passed away at 72. Did all the yard maintenance and jogged twice a day. Seemed to be in perfect health. Made everyone in the neighborhood feel lazy. This sweet lady was our inspiration to get it done. Haven't heard why yet. Her husband relied on her for everything after multiple back surgeries. Poor guy just lost his grandson not long ago, a Highway Patrol Officer killed in the line of duty. Josh gets a belly on him from time to time. This just in, Big men like to eat ; )

Josh could never step into it from the snap. He made a good throw under the circumstances, for sure. I think a wind gust gave it a last-second nudge to the left, however.

Based on what I saw last season , Bills OL is very good. But, excepting Spencer Brown, not excellent. Josh covers up for them in pass pro quite a bit. From my eyes, best to worst last year. Brown McGovern Torrance Dion Edwards

Who Are Your Sleepers For This Year??

Mitch Trubisky, the guy who will save the season should Josh Allen go down. -
Depends on how quickly Josh Simmons recovers from his knee injury. He was an elite prospect that only fell because of that injury. Early reports from OTAs said he was already working in with the 1s and looked fine. If he can step in and immediately be the answer at LT that automatically makes them better than last year IMO. And then you have Rashee Rice coming back. Good reason to think their offense will be significantly better than it was last year.

Josh Allen is not exactly ripped, and at least Mahomes does not look to have started the Karlos Williams offseason bulking strategy yet lol

I saw another post about the running game limiting Allens mistakes. That and this is 100% right. Allen can do this once or twice a game and it is what makes him unstoppable. Those plays dont sustain offense. Look at the years Manning, Brees, Big Ben and other Qbs on offensive led teams had poor run games and defenses. They would have years at the top of the league in ints. Its not rocket science. They have to do more. They have to fit that window, they take the 50/50. 2/10, 3/10 plus its what you have to do. 2nd 6 and under, 3-5 and under is a different sport. I go back to Sean Payton talking about his best seasons with Brees. When as a play caller he was able to limited the times Drew had to drop back and be great. For Allen the fewer amount of times he needs a cap the better. Hand off, screens, sight quick passes. Vs this coverage this guy is open here. Those are what makes a good OC. That is what Brady is doing. Not a surprise he is from Paytons tree. The opposite is what Dorsey did and what Daboll did at the end. Allen is so good it is easy to put it all on him. But really you need to work harder to take more off of him. So when he is great it elevates the offense instead of sustains it. -

Elijah Moore has a better year than Josh Palmer AJ Epenesa leads the team in sacks -
Agree, outside of Allen, our line is the next most important unit on the team, Russ always was an idiot,

Josh aint exactly a getting a Victorias Secret cover himself either. I guarantee they are both freaking absolute units under that layer(s) of fat. Theres probably something to staying healthy with the few extra pounds on their frame. You cant exactly add 15-20 clean pounds (muscle) to their frames in an off-season or even a career. Can a guy who never stepped in a gym before get some "quick" (1-2years) gains like that? Sure... but these guys are physical specimen. Hypothesis: Jacked + 15-20lbs Fat > Just Jacked and 15-20 lbs lighter These guys are so heavily outweighed by every guy on the DL and 50%+ of LB's. Force = Mass x Acceleration , seems to sort of tell the story here

greatness in all seriousness, looking at pictures of Josh Allen shirtless on Google… He has slimmed down over the years. He used to be much chubbier
-
Better shape than he has been in. Look at Brady even Allen do not have body builder physique. Little shorter than both so Mahomes is going to have to eat to stay at his weight.
-
I guess. JA led an Offense with a good, not great (yet), slot WR as our WR1 and the decoy corpse of Amari Cooper opening things up for a raw rookie and Mack Hollins. Our top TE was severely injured in both legs apparently. Josh won MVP and our Offense was elite.

That's why he's with Brittney and Josh has a gorgeous and classy wife in Hailee.

I don't think Bills fans can judge. We all know Josh is also a big boy.

Ranking NFL WR, TE, RB groups for 2025: Bills 28/32?
corta765 replied to Lionel Hutz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beane has brought up that after the QB gets paid it is very difficult to have every spot filled to perfection. The 2020-22 still benefitted from Josh on a rookie contract at that time. Unfortunately injuries in 21/22 robbed the Bills on defense of some important guys which happens and also sucks. Of the teams from 23-25 on paper this is without a doubt the best roster of those ... again on paper. The strength of the offense beside 17 is the O-line which is Top 5 and they have some truly good players in Cook & Shakir that help for sure. A WR or two emerging or Kincaid will help to make the offense more dynamic, fingers crossed Palmer does what projections show. But the big question is WR heading into the season which to me until an answer shows makes it hard to see them improved over last year. I doubt we ever see Josh with a WR group like 2020-2022 as the NFL had changed also with more an emphasis on the run and the 2 safety shell high. Additionally he is so good and helps the WRs that you can get away with lesser talent .. a la Brady in NE. I don't fully agree with this as they wasted 2023/24 draft to double dip at WR and we only got Coleman, but again with Josh no longer on rookie contract this is life. On defense the D-line is probably the deepest yet, LBs are solid, and CB is decent especially at CB1/NCB. I am really hoping Bishop is something solid at safety because when Rapp was gone SAF was real safety. CB2 having a true solution whether it be Maxwell or Tre would be big to real up the floor of the secondary. So again while not perfect as there are areas you wish you had a few more solutions, they have plenty of good impact guys that give a really solid roster now. I hate looking back and saying "if only" but 21/22 for different reasons give that feeling given how the roster was. -
I feel like Mahomes always looks like this lately. It should also be noted that, while incredibly clutch - in part due to his guys/coaches stepping up around him, he’s very clearly been QB4, at most, behind Allen, Jackson and Burrow in recent years.

Josh Allen selling his house (California)
SoCal Deek replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m sure you know that Josh isn’t from Wyoming. He’s from central California. And trust me when I say these two particular newly weds are not sweating over the price of real estate. 😉 -
Ranking NFL WR, TE, RB groups for 2025: Bills 28/32?
Artful Dodger replied to Lionel Hutz's topic in The Stadium Wall
In his methodology, wide receivers are weighted more heavily than running backs or tight ends. So, the Bills' strongest skill player, James Cook, contributed less to the overall ranking than the Bills' mostly underwhelming group of receivers. He also used recent performance history, and players such as Dalton Kincaid and Curtis Samuel had down years last year. If his methodology is accurate, imagine how good Josh Allen and the offensive line are to propel the Bills into being one of the top ranked offenses in the league. -
No, not at all. The problem is that the throw from Josh was way the hell behind Kincaid. He had to actually stop, turn 180 degrees and go back for it, and he still had to dive for it. It was a hard play. One he should have made, but a hard play and a damn tough one for a guy on two bad knees.
-
Thank you both for posting that clip and that screenshot. This is an elite level play by Josh. I'll say it again - the drop is only half of the problem. Dalton adjusts to the ball late in the air. He should have been standing underneath it like he was fielding a punt. Fortunately, that is a skill that can be learned. He dropped it, yes, but first he made the catch harder than it needed to be.

You did state your position. On something completely different from what I had called you out on. You moved the goal posts. You challenged someone to post good catches by Kincaid, and Doc Brown did precisely that. And you said they weren't good, that they were average. It was a ridiculous contention, and I called you out on it. You replied specifically to that post of mine, and yet didn't say a single word about those four highlights Doc posted. You instead changed the subject, precisely as you showed in big letters above. If you have a problem that has nothing whatsoever to do with my post, that's fine. Unless you do it in a reply to my post. Which is exactly what you did. You replied to me, moved the goal posts and totally changed the subject, addressing not a single thing from my post. Again, feel free to bring up other points. But not when replying to a post about something completely different. When you do that, people will accuse you of moving the goal posts. Reason being, that's exactly what you're doing, moving the goal posts. As for the screen shot photo, yeah, you haven't seen it before because as I said, I screen-shotted it myself. From the All-22 film. You can very easily get the angle in a live sequence by looking at the All-22. It's right there on NFL Plus, as we speak. I just accessed it and copied the screen shot about, what? 45 minutes ago, probably. I'm sorry it's such crappy resolution. I usually watch in full-screen. Then I screen-shotted about half the field and tried to post it and TBD sends me a message saying it's too much data and it won't accept it. I cut the borders down and try again, same problem. I keep cutting it down, but reach a point where if I cut any more you can't tell what's going on. So then I make the window smaller and smaller. Usually somewhere around the point where the window is 2 x 3 inches and I'm still showing the minimum I can to show what's happening, the data gets small enough and TBD accepts it. I promise that's the correct play, and I promise I did my best not to frame the story to twist the narrative. This is a good attempt to show what the situation actually was. Nobody else on the field was going to get a chance to be involved in that play if Josh puts that ball out in front of Kincaid.
