Thanks man, that means a lot. throwing has taught me a ton, so did Bernie. He still didn't know too much about throws when I came around, by then HF-L had turned into pretty much a running powerhouse, with little emphasis on the throws. Bernie is a great guy for sure.

Hey man, sorry to break your record, but it had to go down sometime. For what it's worth, we kept your steak alive while I was on the team, and won two sectional championships as a team. I won a pair of sectional titles in the disc, and finished 3rd, and 5th in the state meet. I've gone on to break three school records at RMU in the discus, hammer, and weight throw. That's about it, oh and take it easy on my girlfriend, would ya?!
