  1. eric wood will be known as a center for his career. he is too good not to be the main guy on the line. andy levitre better do some work. he looked like a wasted 2nd round pick. kevin vickerson, who the dolphins gave up on, TOTALLY OWNED AND ABUSED this kid.
  2. but the majority of red-neck america can go out and kill such animals as: deer fish mountain lion bear tukey just to name a few of the animals that make nature beautiful. i AM a dog owner, so i get that whole bit...but i sure do not own a nasty/ugly, mean and aggressive mut like a pit-bull. those dogs should all be taken off the lot anyways, they themselves are killers.
  3. he's gotta make bank any way he can. with that...his salary is now on par, with mort's son.
  4. wife-beaters, coke heads/alcoholics are all great people too arent they? we all loved jim kelly and bruce smith during their days here...and we still do! we bring in vick, he does a couple crazy things on the field to help us win a couple games...and alll you haters will start tickling vick's nuts. I DONT CARE WHO IS ON MY TEAM...I WANT TO WIN! TO HELL WITH CHARACTER...GET 'ER DONE RUSS!
  5. why don't you stupid pu$$ies start acting like men your own age. we dont want this schit here.
  6. actually, it is pretty cool to get crazy bills t-shirts. at a game i got a "marshawn can hit whoever the f*uck he wants." and another with oj on it, the back reading "juice." i like to find t-shirts like that, what is wrong with posting his idea on here? it wouldnt be in competition with you, as you dont have a shirt similar to his.
  7. speaking of bruce...can anyone tell me if this is real or not? what the hell is wrong with him? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaTTyZw53hg
  8. hands down, by far! nothing has ever compared, i dont think. i have owned every madden game since it came out for sega. this years madden is out of this world, on the ps3. the player movement is amazing. the wildcat is awesome. i love everything about it. however, they need to do some roster updates. many underrated players...not just buffalo guys either.
  9. true. good point. but he still played in that game. and still owns that honor on his resume.
  10. i wouldn't count your sheep before you fall asleep. He's no Brady Quinn --------> 100% agreed. but i think he has "it." I really just like them because I am Irish. I was a big Miami Hurricanes fan because of Jim Kelly, Ray Lewis and Willis McGahee (among a few others)...but that program became a joke and I just couldn't bare to be associated with it anymore towards the end of the Coker era. I will always be indebted to the Penn State Nittany Lions because that was my late father's team and of course, some great former (Bills) players. But don't get it twisted, I love Notre Dame. I find it hard to pick 1 favorite team because I never went to a big college like any of those schools. I would say my top teams would be... 1A/1B: Notre Dame/Penn State - reason stated above. 2A/2B: Syracuse/UB - local school/McNabb. 3. Arizona State - cousins' college. 4. Nebraska - uncle's favorite team. 5. Michigan State - local kid/family friend, Scott Greene used to play there. (Nothing tops 'Cuse hoops though. for me anyways.)
  11. people. how can we even put levitre AND wood in this discussion? they have not even taken 1 snap in a professional football game. i mean, i'm not trying to start a fire here, but really? you want to already name eric wood a pro-bowler? yet, everyone argued the fact that jason peters was pro-bowl material? LOL. AND...not to mention, nobody wants to say marshawn lynch is a pro-bowler...when he was last year? weird.
  12. fully agreed! it would also be imparitive to helping vince young maintain that motivation and confidence. which i would not mind seeing...against our backups. i would really like to see our starters in for a quarter jumping up 17-0, and then vince coming in against our backups to put 'em to work by racking up a few yards for himself. i want to see him succeed. he might be my favorite non-buffalo bill football player in the nfl. (maybe aside from mcnabb. syracuse factor).
  13. i am happy to see that SOMEBODY else knows what they are talking about and can see reality. thank you.
  14. i told my boss im gonna have to quit if he makes me work on sundays. i told him, "that's just not cool man." on a side note...i had to go pre-order madden 10 tonight so i could get the super bowl demo to play until the real one comes out in a week. and i must say...IT IS AMAZING!
  15. Irish fan here. Question: No love for my boy Jimmy Clausen??? Let's talk underrated. He will become a stud this year. Just look at what he became on a mediocre team last year...and after what he and Golden Tate did in the bowl game, watch out Harrell and Crabtree. During his sophomore season, he completed 60.9% of his passes for 3172 yards, 25 touchdowns and 17 interceptions and a 132.5 efficiency rating. He led the Fighting Irish to a 7-6 record, culminating in a 49-21 victory against Hawaii in the Sheraton Hawai'i Bowl - which ended Notre Dame's NCAA-record nine-game bowl losing streak. Clausen set Notre Dame bowl records with 406 yards passing and five touchdowns and was named the bowl's co-MVP. He was just named to the O'Brien award watch list for 2009. NOTRE DAME (Pete Byrne - WBST2) - "Jimmy CLausen was named to the pre-season watch list for the Davy O'Brien award, given annually to the nation's top quarterback. As a sophomore in 2008, Clausen started all 13 games at quarterback and recorded the third-most prolific passing season in Irish history. He completed 268 of his 440 pass attempts for 3,172 passing yards. Clausen tossed 25 touchdowns and established records in every major passing category by a Notre Dame sophomore quarterback. The only better statistical seasons by an Irish signal caller were Brady Quinn in 2005 and 2006. Clausen ranked 43rd in passing efficiency nationally at 132.49 and ranked 40th in total offense at 238.38 yards per game. Only seven returning quarterbacks threw for more yards and more touchdowns than Clausen did in 2008." http://www.wsbt.com/sports/52393247.html *IF he continues to progress and the Irish play well, I will add him to the Heisman Award watch list as well.
  16. I have always like Vince Young. I was STOKED about the fantasy of him falling to the Bills in that draft. I will NEVER forget watching him tear apart Matt Leinart's pu$$y @$$ and the Trojans in the Rose Bowl. I still like Vince Young and I can't wait for him to get a chance to succeed again. Because he has the will to do so. My question is...what the hell is wrong with people, frowning upon a guy who has confidence in himself? What do you want the kid to say..."I think I might be a decent NFL Quarterback, maybe win a playoff game in my career." I am sure if Trent Edwards said he was going to be the next QB to win a Super Bowl and make it to the Hall of Fame...we would all cream in our panties. Why not root for Vince Young? He is such a likeable figure and amazing athlete. He is the anti-Vick. He had 1 bad moment and people think he is a bad person and they want to tear him down. Put yourself in his shoes, in the moment, with that incident. You would be pretty damn depressed too!
  17. Quote from Bruce: "I've had a considerable amount of time to take a step back and actually think about it. Having studied the game over the last 19 years and from the outside watching in now over the last five years, the one thing that sticks out more and more like a sore thumb is what was accomplished in this 3-4 defensive scheme that I played in for so long. It's unprecedented. These are facts that the best defensive end and pass rusher that played in this game played for the Buffalo Bills. The reason I'm saying that is the fact that by design, by the scheme a 3-4 defensive end gets double-teamed far more often than a 4-3 defensive end, and that's a fact. These are not hearsays. The defensive ends in a 3-4 system gets double-teamed by the center-the guard, the guard-the tackle, the tackle-the tight end, the tackle-the running back. So there's so many possible combinations, and there's nowhere to hide. A 4-3 defensive end always lines up on the edge. He only gets a double team typically from slide protection or they may chip with a back." http://myespn.go.com/blogs/afceast/0-3-132...st-ask-him.html
  18. I also like this Richmond Webb quote on him: "You knew when you went to Buffalo you weren't going to hear snap counts. The thing that really stood out was I knew that he had to be one of the favorite players. If the game was tight and they would go to a TV timeout, when they would come back and blow whistle, he would make this quick motion with his hand, and the noise in the stadium was deafening. I was always amazed he could make that one little hand gesture and the crowd was right with him. That's not right." 'Cause we the bestest fans!
  19. http://myespn.go.com/blogs/afceast/0-9-131...-to-Canton.html Steve Tasker on Bruce Smith: "He'd get a shot on the quarterback that would cripple a horse!"
  20. he resembles doug flutie. that is why nobody has picked him up...he is "too small!" i say bull-isht. i say bring in vick. or we could get the face of the ufl as our qb2...oh, wait.
  21. Youboty and BOWEN definitly make this team. I think Bowen will be a starting OLB someday. We won't keep 4 TE's, 3 QB's and 4RB's.
  22. Tere is a BIG reason...his name is Dick Jauron. He could...but won't because of our QB, although good, is not Tom Brady. It also depends on our O-Line and our coaches inability to strike downfield more often than not. Agreed
