I agree...I think an athlete should enter his/her draft as soon as they can, given they are projected to go high enough. In this case, Gresham AND Bradford were projected as HIGH (TOP 10) draft picks...and now look at them both. Very well put and insightful information. Thank you WVU.

Once again, the question is raised...should he have come out this past year, since he was projected to go so high? He doesn't get sh-- out of his players. He doesn't work them hard enough, I have been to training camp and seen all of this firsthand. The guy is a pushover. Coughlin, Tomlin, Fox, Sparano...these guys are very VERY good coaches, and they get the most out of their players. I didn't mention Ryan, Schwartz and/or Spagnoulo because they are rookie coaches, but look at their defenses in Baltimore, Tennessee and New York (Giants), respectively. Also, see Haley's offense in Arizona. I could care less that a few Cardinals didn't like the guy, his offense got that team to the Super Bowl. This team gets their asses handed to them, pre-season game or not, and they are having a blast in the locker room post-game. Ya think that sh-- would fly in Tom Coughlin's locker room, pre-season or not? I highly doubt it.

I agree 100%. However, I think Tebow will be very successful with the right coaching staff in place for him. No, he will not be a Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. But, I can see him being a GREAT game manager who makes few mistakes. He is a naturally born leader and one hell of a competitor, TWO things that the Buffalo Bills lack.
