  1. Davis cannot start on the outside. He is strictly a 3-4 MLB. Throw Mitchell outside, and you're all set.
  2. Exactly...we can get a TE option elsewhere. Gresham, although I wanted him last year and there is proof around here somewhere of me gushing over this guy, will be required to drafted much higher than the Bills can afford to spend on him. Moeaki in the 5th is a great option. If he lasts that long. Anthony McCoy is another blocker/receiver that will last a while.
  3. T.O. couldn't give us "the spark" because there was no running game. No QB to pass him the ball. All mainly due to the fact that there was NO O-Line! Trading for Brandon Marshall would just set this team back a step or two. Focus on getting OUR OWN players. If we are going to trade for anybody, it should be some personnel to fit the 3-4 defensive scheme, like Merriman or Shaun Rogers.
  4. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...p;#entry1818679 There is the information I have received on them... I bought The Sporting News Draft magazine last night...returned it today. It was horrible!
  5. I know...I just can't afford the $20 to spend on a draft magazine. Plus, I don't have a credit card.
  6. I did not think we needed to draft a saftey...but, I am sure glad we got him... ...only because http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxxLjRXiLeQ...feature=related Bup bup bup bup, MMMM muh mow mow, bop bop mmm muh uh mow mow mow!
  7. Fanball.com features information from the combine...so would that make that magazine the best one to go with?
  8. I love it! I said this a couple times before...they say this guy has the potential to be better than Dez Bryant. I heard a couple people say that he could be the next Randy Moss.
  9. And to boot... Our depth chart doesn't even feature Dwan Edwards or Andra Davis.
  10. Agreed. It just seems so far off... For example, Clausen out of the top-25? Pike at #41 and Tebow dropping down to #93...really? Derrick Morgan going #2, Bradford falling to #4...Brandon Spikes going in the top-15, before McClain? Bulaga falling out of the top-20? I don't know. This all seems very, very amateur to me. Poorly done.
  11. I just stopped down to Wegman's on my way home. I checked out their selection of 2010 NFL Draft magazines. Fanball.com, Lindy's, Pro Football Weekly and The Sporting News... ...those were my 4 options? Each one has all different information and opinions. I was looking through them all for nearly an hour. I could not decided which one to get. So, I went with The Sporting News, based on reputation. The Fanball one was alright. It said what team each player fit best and had a picture of every player in action. However, it said Dekoda Watson would be a "perfect fit" in Buffalo's defense, but he is 6'2 228 lbs. Exactly what we are trying to get rid of. With that there, Fanball.com lost a little credibility, in my book. Colt McCoy was another "perfect fit" for the Bills. I like The Sporting News because it has a 3-Round Mock Draft. It also has a "Draft Chart" so you can fill it in as the draft progresses, or with your own Mock Draft. It also has the most player ratings out of the 4 I looked at. (350 players) ALL of them were WAY off base with our "Team Needs." That is why I am confused on which is the best? Does anybody have any insight as to which magazine has the best resources, the most credible people writing this stuff? I don't know if I want to keep this one, return it...or just buy another 1, or all of them...I'd rather not. So, of those of you who have bought one...which one did you buy and why? What is the best Draft Magazine???
  12. He wouldn't have been playing on Nick Saban's Championship team if he was unconditioned and had a bad work ethic. NEWSFLASH: NOSE TACKLES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FAT SLOBS!!! (Washington, Williams, Wilfork, Harris, Haynesworth...)
  13. Give it up already... I am sure you have NEVER made a mistake in your life. I am also sure that you have no idea what its like to grow up in the slums where dog-fighting is part of their culture. He has apologized and has paid his debt to society. If Ray Lewis and Donte Stallworth are worthy of second chances, then by all means, so is Mike Vick. Bottom line is, he is a football player, who fits our offense perfectly...and he is better than the options we have on the depth chart right now...by a long shot! You people frown upon Mike Vick...yet you are still fans of O.J. Simpson?! Typical Western New Yorkers!
  14. http://www.reservationforsix.com/2010/04/n...ders-jason.html Lynch to Eagles for Vick? Lynch to Redskins for Campbell? (This seems VERY unlikely since they have 3 former Pro-Bowl RB's on their squad) This is a site that has all sorts of stuff about Lynch trade rumors... http://www.marshawnlynchtv.com/buffalo_bills/blogs/ Here are some delusional Dolphins fans thinking they might trade for Lynch... http://forums.thephins.com/showthread.php?t=47730 Bills want 3rd-rounder for Lynch? http://gridironfans.com/forums/latest-nfl-...-lynch-3rd.html Would anybody have taken this trade...Lynch & Whitner for McNabb? http://mysportspress.com/2010/04/04/donova...marshawn-lynch/ This says we want MORE than draft picks for Lynch...like a QB (Vick or Campbell) http://www.chinstrapninjas.com/nfl-offseas...tes-to-discuss/ Marshawn Lynch wants out of Buffalo. Can’t say I’d blame him. Can’t say I’d blame the Bills for wanting to get rid of him. It is looking more and more likely that he’ll wind up elsewhere for opening day, and considering his talent and young age, he could be a sleeper RB to target in dynasty leagues. All the recent news blurbs and rumors about him recently, however, don’t name teams that may ante up for his services. I previously thought the Eagles seemed like a good fit before they snagged Mike Bell. Then again, news recently surfaced that the Eagles are looking to trade Mike Vick again. The Bills allegedly want player compensation moreso than draft picks for Lynch. The timing of all this a coincidence? San Diego also seems like a potential destination for a big back like Lynch to complement a speedy Darren Sproles. Where do you think he winds up? Let us know below and we can see together … likely within the next several weeks. As I mentioned, Michael Vick may be back on the block, and I don’t blame the Eagles for wanting to shed his contract. There are plenty of teams who could use some assistance at QB. The Rams and Bills are two frontrunners, I’d suppose. The Seahawks must want something more … right? Of course, if a team wants an experienced QB, than Jason Campbell may be the best choice. Odd man out now that McNabb is in Washington, Campbell will likely move before too long. Again, the Bills, Rams and Seahawks would seem as potential suitors. I thought he’d wind up in Arizona before th e Cardinals took a chance on Derek Anderson.
  15. I wouldn't mind this at all...but, I think Lynch is worth more to us, than Merriman is worth to the Chargers. So, I think we would have to get a little something more to sweeten the deal. Swap of picks...or an extra 5th or something. A friend of mine was over last night and he was showing me a bunch of stuff on this "Pro-Bowl RB trade" talk. What he showed me, said most of what has been shared on here...however, it said something about "#23" being the RB. He said he had heard that it would be Lynch or Ronnie Brown to the Chargers for a 2nd. (Take it for what its worth!) (I'm looking for a link right now...)
  16. Also depends on what we are getting for Lynch? If we draft Spiller...Lynch wont be kept around. I hope it's not Lynch for Vick that you are looking at here?
  17. I am gonna bet we draft 2 tackles...an early rounder to play LT, or the #9 if 1 of the studs falls to us... ...then a 4th or a 5th, like Tony Washington...who can play either tackle position, but will be our RT.
  18. Trade Marshawn and Roscoe, Whitner, Kelsay or Schobel...and a 3rd or 4th. I am not condoning trading ANY of those players, unless it is within the Bills' best interest. IF we DO trade Lynch...I hope we can get Toby Gerhart AND Dexter McCluster. IF we got a couple extra picks somehow...my dream draft would look like this... 1st (trade down) - NT Terrance Cody 2nd - QB Tim Tebow 2nd (gained in 1st round trade-down) - WR Demaryius Thomas 3rd - MLB Brandon Spikes 3rd (gained in Lynch+Parrish deal) - RB/WR/KR/PR Dexter McCluster 4th - RB/FB Toby Gerhart 4th (gained in Schobel trade) - LT Tony Washington 5th - WR Mike Williams or RT Sam Young or LT Jason Fox 6th - OLB Cameron Sheffield or OLB O'Brien Schofield or OLB Dexter Davis 7th - DE Clifton Geathers or NT DeMarcus Granger * I traded our #9, down to #25-#32, where Cody would still be avilable...got back a 2nd. * I traded Lynch, Kelsay and Parrish for a 3rd. * I traded Schobel to the Texans or Cowboys for their 4th.
  19. Exactly! I am sorry, but the Redskins had A LOT more than what we had in Buffalo. Portis, Moss, Thomas, Kelly, Randle El, Cooley, Davis...is a better set of weapons than what we have in Buffalo. Chris Samuels - Derrick Dockery - Casey Rabach - Randy Thomas - Levi Jones (THAT is a WAY better Line than Buffalo!)
  20. I REALLY like Lynch. I have a Lynch jersey and all them damned Beastmode Tshirts...even the, "Marshawn can hit whoever the F*&K he wants" tshirt... But he does not want to be here, and the new regime seems to not want him... Get me Toby Gerhart and Dexter McCluster as his replacements....and I will be MORE THAN HAPPY!!!
  21. Absolutely not if Brandon Spikes is sitting there in the 3rd or 4th!
  22. He is a projected 4th rounder. Due to his slow speed he is strictly a 3-4 MLB...nothing else.
  23. http://walterfootball.com/draft2010ILB.php This says that Spikes is likely to fall to the 4th round??? Was he not once rated as a 1st-round prospect? If we could snag this kid in the 4th round, I would be ecstatic. He could be the steal of the draft. He and POZ would make a great pairing in the middle for the next 5-10 years.
  24. No...that's Courtney Brown, a DE/OLB Hybrid who was drafted #1 Overall by the Browns in 2000.
  25. No, that's Gordon. Levi was the #1 NBA draft pick in 2001. He made Michael Jordan look like a fool as a front office Exec.
