  1. BDW, some of your posts are fairly spot-on, so I guess I'm wondering why you're wasting the bandwidth to toss this thread out to the ether. Who gives a good goddamn about the Bills' first pick in next year's draft when they're STILL signing undrafted kids from THIS draft?

    Thinking...maybe...getting a life is a good thing?

    "Oh Darling" - The Beatles

I guess I am wondering why you are being such an !@#$? Or, whether YOU have a life? I mean, if you DID, would you be reading MY posts and wasting your time trying to insult me or my intelligence?

I could find hundreds of posts that are more of a "waste of bandwidth."

I mean, look at this REDICULOUS thread started by some "Trash-Talking Troll"...

    http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...c=72953&hl=

Here's another "waste of bandwidth"...I see this thread was as succesful as the one above...

    http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...c=97676&hl=

And another...This might be the worst... :wallbash:

    http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...c=71185&hl=

And one more...as if ANYBODY could pinpoint an exact time that a specific team would be drafting! :wallbash:

Being a Bills fan and not too fond of McShay...like MANY others are on here...I thought I would share this with the rest of them. Is that NOT what this board is made for...to share thoughts, ideas and opinions with our fellow Bills fans??? It was not meant for you, nor are ANY of my other posts...that I have done or that I will do in the future.

SOOOOO...if ya don't like it, keep your mouth shut, instead of being an arrogant dickhead. Didn't your Mother teach you anything when you were younger? Like if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all?

Or...was she a prostitute and that is why you are so angry and negative???

Either way I feel sorry for her.

  2. are you freaking serious what an asinine comment.

did you watch any bills games last year?

do you think that you need to ask, livitre, hang and woods if they can play give me a break you sound like a 10 year old.

bell played the first 2 games raw as porter house steak and acquitted himself well until injuries kicked in.

obviously nix ,galiey and modrak and maley all think our new free agent RT can play.

really man how long did it take for you to come up with such a dumb childish post!

    Who the hell is Maley?

    Is that Ralph's nickname?

  3. I check Tim Graham's blog from a few different computers. I have noticed the AFC East blog page is slow to load. At first I chalked it up to my computer. However, it happens at work and on a friend's computer. No problem with any other websites.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    Been working fine for me!

Doesn't say much worth reading anyways.

  4. Hell, Mike Gandy would be an upgrade for us at LT, RT and/or Guard. He would be a great signing for a veteran presence and for his versatility and experience.

I hope your being serious...or is that sarcasm?

Because, I DO agree...the guy started at LEFT TACKLE for a Super Bowl team a couple years ago.

Others I would include as UPGRADES to our line...

I think ALL of those guys could provide an upgrade...obviously some WAY MORE than others. I would prefer to go after some of the younger guys, but I think we could use a serious, "wily ole veteran" to get this line in check...somebody like Faneca would have been great, and somebody like Mawae could really provide some MUCH needed leadership.

  5. http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2010/04/29/walter-...etly-retires%2F

We NEED somebody like this...Au Revoir Jason Peters!

But this may be the best way to explain it. As Adam Schefter tweeted Thursday, the Seahawks' coaching staff stats had Jones giving up 23 sacks and being called for nine holding penalties in 5,703 pass attempts in 12 seasons. The worst left tackles can give up 10 sacks in one season.

    Holy schit! THAT IS AMAZING!

Is he the greatest O-Lineman or OT to ever play the game???

  6. i don't know if anyone has ever heard of this guy but he was one of our undrafted free agent signings. if you have never heard of this guy go ontohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUyj73qqOgU and watch video of this guy. i don't know how he went undrafted cause he is a beast but i'm glad that we picked him up. he led the sec in tackles for losses and sacks

What is this dude's speed clocked at?

40 time. Short shuttle. etc etc etc

Is it just me or does he have some legit speed off the edge????

  7. Is it me or does anyone else think the "hoodie" will sign up T.O. at some point this offseason? Think about something, New england has not been to a superbowl in 2 years and hasn't won one in 5 years. It PANIC TIME in Pats-country when they don't win or go to a Superbowl!

This is usually the time Belichick and Craft go out and sign every big name, whether they still can play or not (see Junior Seau...repeatedly). They've already signed Torry Holt. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if they drug that pompise son-of-a-(BLEEP) Tedy Bruschi out of retirement.

However, if they do sign Owens, this could be bad news for us, hell, the whole AFC east. Owens, Moss, Welker, Holt???

    Ouch!

Always good to see Buffalo trying to close in on everyone else in the division by doing...NOTHING! Oh wait, they did draft CJ Spiller! Thats going to help everything! We needed a left tackle, a QB and an OLB. Oh, I know, lets draft a Running Back when we have Jackson and Lynch! You know, I could see if they planned on dealing Lynch, but no such plan is in place!

I truly do not get this organization! They just plain don't get it. They wait until the 6th round to grab a LT and a 7th round to get a QB! Does any of this make since to any of you???

I would like to think that T.O. respects our organization, as he has said nothing negative about his stay in Buffalo.

I would also like to think that with that respect, he would not want to do this to us...then again, money talks!

    Depth???

I think we could at least get ONE starter from that group...if not 2. There are certainly a few names on there that could start for our beloved Buffalo Bills offensive line.

  9. They might be seriously debating trading him...or at least playing with him sitting at home, holding out.

They DID go out and get LeGarrette Blount and Stafon Johnson. As well as Dominique Lindsay of East Carolina...Chris Johnson's former backup. They also have Javon Ringer.

I would say they are in decent shape if he decides to go all Jason Peters on Bud Adams' ass!

  10. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packers/919...tm_term=packers

Green Bay — If the Green Bay Packers are interested in acquiring a veteran running back after the draft, add the name of Marshawn Lynch to that of Brian Westbrook on the list of possibilities.

Lynch, a 1,000-yard rusher in 2007 and '08 but with a long history of off-field problems, wants out of Buffalo and the Bills appear more than willing to trade him.

"I'm sure they'd be willing to take whatever at this point," a personnel director for a National Football League team said Friday. "They've got too many guys and they're trying to move him, but I don't know if there's much activity. He just doesn't want to be there. Just not a good situation."

The Packers might have selected Lynch with their first-round draft choice in 2007, but the Bills took him with the 12th choice. Four choices later, Green Bay took defensive tackle Justin Harrell.

Lynch was suspended for the first three games of 2009 after pleading guilty to a weapons charge. Fred Jackson then played so well that Lynch couldn't get his job back.

When the Bills drafted running back C.J. Spiller with the ninth pick Thursday night, Lynch's career in Buffalo appeared finished.

Lynch, who turned 24 Thursday, has two years remaining on a modest contract. He hasn't been participating in the Bills' off-season workout program.

In three seasons, the hard-running Lynch has rushed 650 times for 2,601 yards (4.0) and 17 touchdowns. He also has 93 receptions for 663 yards. Last year, he rushed for 450 yards.

"He went to the Pro Bowl," the personnel man said. "He's a good player."

Lynch, 5 feet, 11 inches and 215 pounds, played in the same backfield with Aaron Rodgers at the University of California in 2004.

Westbrook, 30, became a free agent Feb. 23 when the Philadelphia Eagles released him.

If Lynch DID say that Buffalo is a "bad situation" for him...I DON'T blame him.

Look at how some of you "fans" treat the guy! Look at what he has been through and where he comes from...He has made some mistakes and wants a fair shot at a second chance, and he knows the people of Buffalo won't give it to him!

He might as well start anew somewhere else...with a team and a fanbase that wants him!

  11. I know a lot of you out there play Madden (we all have guilty pleasures) and I think I have one more reason I like "Lightning" on my Bills...

    OVERALL 79

    ACCELERATION 97

    AGILITY 95

    CARRY 85

    ELUSIVENESS 92

    JUKE 97

    SPIN 91

    SPEED 95

Freddie & Beast Mode make up the "Thunder"

...too bad our O-line in Madden is worse than in real-life!

Lots of categories missing, THAT is why he is a 79. Jumping, catching, pass blocking, awareness...plenty of things missing.

When I made him on my Madden '10...he is an 81.

I have updated all the teams...signings, trades, etc...now I added draft picks, on a rating scale that I made compared to last year's rookies...

I must say, playing with the NEW Bills 3-4 defense is quite fun!

  12. Both lost their jobs to better people. In the QB case maybe not that much better, but Edwards rightfully lost his job.

so that means if Edwards is the automatic starter then so is marshawn.

(*) BTW I haven't heard nor read anything saying OBD Gives edwards this mysterious vote of confidence I have seen being slung around here. I have read where they are open to BROHM winning the job and I have heard and read where they plan on developing Brown.

Edwards lovers need to understand, your boy is done. Nix has seen how badly he sucks, he flat out said we need a guy with a strong arm which kitty doesn't have. Also, do you really expect Ralph, Russ and Nix to parade out a loser and try to sell tickets? No. Edwards time came and passed. He has had enough time for anyone with a brain to see he isn't the answer.

I think BOTH Trent and Marshawn deserve a fair chance at winning the job and keeping it. There is certainly enough carries for Jackson and Spiller, as well as receptions. Lynch was a 1st round pick, he lost his job due to injury. He had a lot going on. He is a very good running back and he proved that to us before. However, he has to get his stuff together and get into Buffalo to start training. He has the potential to be a Top-10 back in this league. He has to earn it and prove to his coaches, his teammates, us fans and everybody else that he can do it.

Same goes for Trent. He has suffered through a lot, was a 3rd round pick and deserves a shot at the job. He has to earn it and prove it, just like Lynch. He also has the potential and showed that to us before too.

With some new weapons, a stronger o-line, a stout defense...and an entirely new coaching staff...both these players should do well and this team should improve. Are they the long-term answers? Who knows...but what I do know, is they deserve the chance to prove to us that they are the solutions...and not the problems.

The ball is in their court.

(Hardy, Johnson, Parrish, Nelson, Schouman, Whitner, Youboty, Maybin....ALL OF THEM, have to step it up and earn the trust of this coaching staff. They are being given the opportunities...can they seize them or will they flop? Only time will tell and I trust the front office more than I have in a very long time. All the horrible teams are getting better...Cardinals, Lions, 49ers, Seahawks, Saints...they have all improved in recent years. I hope our new regime can help us do the same!)

  13. Oh, most certainly! That is what Syracuse HAS to learn...they have to get the "home-grown" talent.

I just think some of them, later in the draft if there, would be good additions to our team.

I am not saying I WANT the Bills to draft them, but I won't be surprised if they pick up one of them...especially if any go undrafted, and we DON'T fill those positions in the draft.

I like the Roosevelt pick up. (and the David Nelson pick up!)

  14. For those of you looking to create him on Madden or re-tread your McGahee or Wendling jerseys

Somebody brought this to our attention, via Chris Brown's blog...last night.

Did create him in Madden. Rated an 82...speed is a 97...I might have done something wrong because he is not very good between the tackles, but in open field, he is amazing. Kick returns too.
