  1. For teams in need of a QB, those 3 QBs have been 1-2-3 since last year.
  2. Honestly, a trade to the Browns makes some sense for both Beckham and Cleveland if the Giants decide to move on.
  3. I guess we should take him then with your track record LOL Broncos will take Mayfield. All the noise about Miami liking Mayfield is because Gase likes him and he will be the DEN coach next year IMO.
  4. They are moving to 34 defense. JPP is not a fit as 34 LB. They need lots of pieces on defense.
  5. If we can't get up to the Giants pick for Rosen, I'd rather trade back and get in the drew locke sweepstakes in next year's draft
  6. BIG12 may be the worst defensive conference in the NCAA and yes that includes Mountain West and PAC12.
  7. Bob is pretty good with NY teams rumors. I would take this is as close to true as you can get based on his history.
  8. Huge It sounds dumb but I could see this being a part the motivation for trading with us.
  9. Also, if Browns have all 4 QBs rated equally and they can get an RG3 type haul for 1, maybe it makes sense. 2 1st round picks for the next 3 years could appeal to Dorsey to start his GM tenure and he still gets 1 of the QBs at 4. This assumes that they have 4 QBs rated equally.
  10. Could be a way to get Giants moving. It really behooves the Browns for us or another QB needy team to get into the top 3 so that they can take a QB at 1 and then take the best position player at 4.
  11. This is right. Allen was talked about as the best QB prospect in the draft if he came out last year. Many had him going top 3 in last year's draft before all the declarations came out. When he decided to stay in school, it was pretty much assumed QBs would go 1-2-3
  12. Hubbard himself said he staying on right side. Browns plan A is probably to somehow work the draft to get their future QB and Bradley Chubb. But if Indy stays at 3, Chubb will be gone at 4. So I could see them taking Chubb at 1 and taking QB at 4
  13. Browns need a LT. It might make sense for them to trade back from 4 to 12 and target Williams. They have no plans to take Barkley. Giants sound like they are finally coming around to the idea of taking Manning successor.
  14. Stafford I think if you put these other QBs in the Wyoming offense and asked them to do what they asked Allen to do then you would see similar completion % numbers. Rosen would get me the most excited. I actually think Allen is my number 2. Then maybe Darnold although I would be worried about the extremely simplified offense that he ran. Mayfield scares me because his numbers are inflated by the scheme and his arm strength on the short throws is worse than the other 3. Everyone says Mayfield throws with anticipation, but when you watch some film of Mayfield you will see him double clutch and wait for guys to come open on the in breaking short stuff which won't work at the next level. Mayfield is not the dual threat nor does he have the arm talent of Russell Wilson so i don't see the appeal there.
  15. I'd do a 19 1st. Keep all your picks this year and add a starting QB? I could get behind that. That 19 1st is gone anyway if we want to trade up for one the top QBs
  16. Ivory plus a 4th or 5th round rookie RB would be great
  17. If Sammy doesn't sign or get tagged in LA(doubt he gets tagged-they need money for Donald), his most likely destinations IMO: 1. San Fran 2. Colts 3. Texans
  18. Great signing. Better than Gaines and don't have to commit long term to him. I think we are definitely taking a CB in the 2nd or 3rd round. Actually Donte Jackson is pretty logical possibility in late 2nd or 3rd round. I know, I know.... another CB. But secondary is a strength and I espouse to the theory that in roster building alot of times it better to solidify a strength.
  19. That's true but he is a great fit for CHI as they need a OLB opposite Floyd and that guy does not need to be a dynamic pass rusher because that guy will always be Floyd on that team. It allows them to get a starter on D and address other needs in the top 50. Lawson could also fit in with Tampa.
  20. This would be a setup to get to #2 IMO. Something like 21, 53, Shaq Lawson to CHI for 8. Then 8, 22, Glenn, 19 2nd for 2 I wouldnt doubt Beane has already talked to Gettleman and was told get a top 10 pick and we have the framework for a deal
  21. I'd be all over Juwan James if MIA lets him go. He's good just overpaid. Robert Quinn would be amazing. Tavon Austin on the cheap could be fun. If we cut Hughes, which I think could be possible given his salary, I could see either Micheal or Charles Johnson here as a stop gap at DE
  22. Did Mark Barron and Leslie Frazier overlap in TB? Cause it ended pretty badly there.
  23. These posts aren't going to look good when Rudolph goes in the 3rd/4th round
  24. Cap hit rank for starting QB in Super Bowls: 52: 19 v 47 51: 3 v 18 50: 6 v 15 49: 11 v 53 48: 3 v 52 47: 16 v 48 46: 4 v 7 5/14 = big contracts 3/14 = unicorn late round rookie contracts 2/14 = last year of 1st round rookie contract 3/14 = Brady 1/14 = Nick Foles There is no one way, but to say a team with a top 5/10 QB contract is not in a good position for a Super Bowl run is false.
