  1. You guys are funny "yeah man, lets trade Lynch for Vick"
  2. Since someone wanted to trade Lynch for Vick...
  3. Brohm is so good that they are keeping him under lock and key. They have him sequestered deep within the bowels of RW Stadium, with the ghost of Bill Walsh. Together they are concocting a new offense based on the Wing T, that will revolutionize the game. It's either that, or it's clear to the Bills that Brohm isn't ready to start.
  4. Curry hasn't been anything special, and the Seahawks still suck.
  5. I posted this elewhere, but I don't care: I can't believe that people think they shouldn't draft a high ranked QB because they need to develop the O-line. You draft the QB, you drafted 2 linemen last year that started (I know Wood is injured-we shall see), you draft some more after the QB, maybe sign a free agent, then that season you have the QB sit and learn. The next draft you might take another lineman and /or sign a free agent. Now you should (if you have made wise decisions) have a decent line and a young QB that is at least partially developed. Any other way, and we have a good line waiting around for a few years for a QB to develop. That's bad planning. Aside from picking up a veteran QB in free agency (I don't know of any good ones that will be avaiable), that's the quickest way to do it. They can't put off getting a real QB for the team. You either have a good QB, have a young guy in his first or second year that is promising, or you are drafting the next one. It's "draft the next one" time.

  7. You guys are talking out yer @$$es. And I really doubt that the Bills are counting on Brohm to be the answer at QB. That would be wishful thinking. He has **** the bed terribly so far. You might as well make the same claims because they picked up Ramsey, who at least has started a few games. They will take a QB high in the draft.
  8. You know what? We could trade him for a 6th rounder, and that 6th rounder could be the next Tom Brady! You can't prove me wrong, it COULD happen. Don't call me a fool, don't call me a dreamer, don't call me a fanboy so in love with Trent that I think he has real potential to set this league on fire, don't call me someone worried about something about as likely to happen as hell freezing over! That COULD happen! Really. I mean it. Don't laugh. This is important to me. He's special. Stop picking on him.
  9. B!tch, please!
  10. Those are my favs too, 'cept I want them to keep the helmet red (maybe a different shade of red).
  11. I hadn't thought of that! That will be great. Maybe even better because he will be on air and uncomfortable, maybe even criticize the other teams sportsmanship. Thanks, you made me feel better!
  12. I just found this today. Those D-bags are really just babies. I wanna see Belichick cry. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AsKy...o&type=lgns
  13. What I am looking forward to is watching some teams run up the score on the Pats. It's kind of interesting, because just the fact that they did that shows how much it would bother them to have it done to them. Kind of an "inverse relationship" . Know what I mean? I'm just hoping the whole crew is still there when that happens, hopefully a few times. (I know we missed Bruschi, but Moss, Brady and Belichick)
  14. Yeah, except the Bills would still be the same sorry a$$ team. They are nowhere, regardless of their record. They would be a doormat against a good team.
  15. Yep. The rules are tilted in favor of the passing teams. Need a good QB. Power running game is 1970's football. The stats for QB's and receivers are onthe rise. There are reasons for this. The Bills defense also has a lot of injuries, yes they need a couple linebackers, good linebackers are found in the 3rd and 4th rounds pretty regularly. This offense would kill ANY defensive counterpart, just wear them out because they can't get off the field AND because defenses are fueled by EMOTION, and this offense just kills their spirit. When you know the offense sucks, it's gotta be hard to put your body on the line. It's just smashing your head against a wall.
  16. While he hasn't been playing great, I bet the Colts or Pats would LOVE to have Marshawn. He would fit with either of them and tear it up.
  17. A megalomaniac. Seriously. If he could/can he will want to introduce the games like this: "Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys bring you the NFL"
  18. All those guys suck too. These are the best you guys have found?
  19. Aside from Rothlisberger, none of those guys are very good.
  20. Ralph also wanted to draft Daryl Talley, right after a West Virginia game in which Talley was incredible. I remember watching it, and then seeing quotes from Ralph about wanting to draft a player like Talley.... This is silly, because if ANYONE on this board owned a team, they would likely be the most meddlesome of owners! Do you think that if Ralph didn't own a team he would be spending his time on a board like this? Personally, I would be the Owner/GM/Personnel Director/Head Coach, all the other titles would all have the word "Assistant" in them.
  21. The QB is gonna take some time to develop. He doesn't have to play year one (you have heard of that kind of thing right?). The sooner you get a QB in here the better. IN the meantime develop the line, they already picked 2 guys last draft (Iknow Wood is injured, I don't need to be told that).
  22. We shall see. I think Tebow is gonna fall flat as a QB. I'll dig this post out of the archives someday
  23. I picture him having a Gino Torretta-type career. (Again NOT PLAYING STYLE, career path. If I don't put this in, some fool is gonna say "he doesn't play anything like Gino Torretta!")
  24. I'm not comparing playing styles, i'm comparing wins. All this "he just wins" talk. If he comes to Buffalo he is gonna have to lose for at least a little while. And if he doesn't start to win (I don't think he is an NFL QB), his personality will grate on the fans way more than any of our previous QB's. And if he is drafted near the top of the draft, it will be costly, like J. Russell.
  25. So did Matt Leinhart. This video kinda gives us a hint of the kind of "aw, shucks" showboating that we can expect from TT. He's a douche, and that would show up real quick after a few losses on a "rebuilding" Bills team. It would be real costly too. Kind of our own Jamarcus Russell (no, I don't need to be told about the difference in work ethic, I'm talking money and the annoyance of having a "aw,shucks" showboat QB that blows). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5-eNg1NRQU...feature=related
