  1. He 's not a great interview. These guys are schooled to not say anything, and they just fall into cliches. Yes it's a "Dick Jauron", but that who taught him the cliches. NO, I don't think it reveals ANYTHING about his attitude towards the game. The real problem is he 's not a good quarterback.
  2. I find this question absurd! I don't know how there can be a question which team would be more gratifying. The Pats. The Jets didn't run up the score on the Bills on a Sunday Night game, the haven't won anything of note. We beat them last year. The Jets are gonna get beat on by a few teams anyway. The Pats are owed a whole heap of abuse by the entire league. Tom Brady isn't gonna be around forever! Any chance to pummel him, and kick dirt in his face needs to be taken now. It would suck if he retired before the BIlls had a chance to dance over him as he lay in the fetal position after a brutal sack (I don't want him injured, just hurt).
  3. Lynch would have some success with the pack, if only because their offense is miles ahead of the Bills. He surely would have a 1000 yard season, no?
  4. Ryan Kelsey and Chris Denney?
  5. It's not the offensive line then huh? Quarterback. You have to have a good quarterback.
  6. You don't think Peyton Manning is one of the all-time greats? Or Tom Brady? Either of them would shred the defenses of the past.
  7. It will take time. People are being ridiculous. I can't stand Trent, but ANY QB in the history of the NFL would have difficulty getting anywhere from the 1 yard line with 2:00 left, and no option except to pass . That punt (a play that the Bills really had no control over, Roscoe played it right) was huge, and was the biggest play of the game.
  8. They all suck. Brian Brohm ... ahh, there isn't a worthy QB on the roster, and the coaching staff is around them all the time and chose Trent. They know he sucks, but they know the other guys suck too.
  9. The decision to punt wasn't where the game was lost. It was grasp for straws time. The rest of the game is way more important, especially the rest of that possession. Trent Blows.
  10. A round robin of bad QB's isn't gonna do anything. Face it, none of these guys are good. At least pick one guy and let him get better through experience. The guy is Edwards. They will suck until the bring in a decent QB, AND improve the o-line. It's no big mystery, but it takes years to get those players.
  11. It will be awhile. They are gonna suck this year. It's no big surprise.
  12. That's because the players stink. It's not the coaching, though Gailey is an improvement. It's one of the reasons none of the big name coaches wanted the job. Talent, especially at QB and O-line, is lacking.
  13. Do you think Gailey doesn't know Edwards blows? The bills have a long way to go, and they won't be fixed in one offseason.
  14. The offense still blows.
  15. Losman is better.
  16. I can't imagine a more victimless crime. I still have to sit through the commercials. It's merely a matter of where I live they don't show Bills games. I'm not paying any money to the service, so no money is making it's way to drug lords or terrorists.
  17. He doesn't want to admit that nowadays "Offense wins championships".
  18. We talkin bout STARS. Yes, I like a good fullback as much as the next guy. But...... aahhh, if you don't get the question, nothing I say will clear it up for you. "Yay, for the fullback!"
  19. It's a good idea, just not near the actual falls. How about raze all those chemical plants (course, who would want to work on that site, you'd come home glowing)? A nice distance from the falls though. Of course, none of this really helps anyone in Erie County. It just hands it over to the Indian Casino, the local yokel politicians (who can't keep a 7-11 from going under), and the Mobster land developers.
  20. Open yer mind up dude. Football stadeeums are like giant jewels. ain't nuthin more impotent then NFL football. We shud tri 2 come up wit more other ways to pleese the NFL. Its good fer the sport, and this hear area. PS. I reelly like yer Grand Canyon idea. It just a big hole, I says put somephin in there, whats all the fanfare? Jellystone too, there's plenny a room! Oh yeah, I almost fergot.... Fact. reelly, FACT!
  21. Okay Merle, what time you want to meet me over there in The Falls (how about next to the Falafel cart outside the Rainbow Mall) ? You bring the numchuks, I'll bring the Whoop Azz! You and I are gonna clean that town up! Let's do it for Ralphy! Do it for RALPHY!!
  22. Well said. It's just pure hype. They, like the Cowboys, are a team with large national following, and people want to see and hear wonderful things about their team, so every year the expectations are always greater than the reality. It generates sales and ratings.
  23. I guess Moulds fits the criteria. Sam Gash? I guess I was crazy, and taking common sense for granted!!! "BRIAN MOORMAN SUUUUUPPPPERRRRR STAAAARRRRRR!!!!" some positions just don't count)
  24. I would argue that a real star is a multiple Pro Bowler. Biscuit? Maybe. Talley, nah... I loved the guy but he was more a local hero, maybe he should have made another Pro Bowl (I know he made it as a coaches choice), but he wasn't as great as Takeo. Takeo was a 2 time ALL-PRO, as in best in the league at his position. TO, WAS a star, but as the other guy noted, he was talking about guys that were stars while playing for the BIlls, not guys finishing out their careers. London Fletcher? C'mon.
