Yes, he is in contact withall kinds of injured and newly retired players, letting them know that the Bills will sign any old has-been or injury plagued former star.

When it was just the Pats, it was like a cuckolded man raising another man's children. Now that the Jets are winning, it is like a cuckolded man raising TWO other mens children.
-
The Pats are already established as a great team. A team that has kicked the Bills around for years. They really can't do much more to humiliate the Bills, it's diminishing returns. Do the Bills really need a SECOND team to rub their face in it? I would much rather that there be only one team strutting around in the division.

Antonio Cromartie rips Tom Brady
Geno Smith's Arm replied to bills44's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he is motivated by a drive to win that has nothing whatsoever to do with anything anybody else says. I don't believe for a minute that anything can motivate him more than he already is. I don't believe he will practice more, or harder, or watch more tape, or rest more, or lift more weights, or change ANYTHING. I don't believe Belichick will spend more time gameplanning or yelling or blahblahblah. They are already playing all out. That's one of the reasons why they are so good. He is the greatest QB of all time. -
Talk about Marshawn making an impact...
Geno Smith's Arm replied to BLZFAN4LIFE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I LIKE Lynch! I think he is a GOOD player. I just don't think that because a former Bill makes some plays somewhere else it should be a big deal. He always ran hard, and I loved that about him. Lynch definitely had some downside, and there is probably quite a bit that the Bills know that the fans don't have access to. Remember Travis Henry? He obviously had a lot of baggage behind the scenes that made it difficult to get a good deal for him. As for Lynch, I don't think he is going to become some kind of pivotal player in the NFL. Do you remember Timmy Smith from the Redskins? He had a great Super Bowl (I mean a whole game!), but he is footnote. If Donte Whitner makes a single big play someday are you gonna cry over him not being a Bill? Not me. I love that "reality is simply reality", it could be the next "it is what it is". Deep thinking! The race card! Plenty of "people of color" seem to manage to play for the Bills and not have any big problems, no? I agree that the white guys get more leeway, but ML was definitely a bad boy. He had guns and was smoking rope, you think white people are just allowed to do that kind of thing by police. You think white boyz don't get hassled by the cops (talk to some people from any of the Tonawandas)? -

It was some of the worst attempts at tackling I have ever seen. Lynch is nothing special. -
Yeah, but the fans of ANY team that doesn't win the Super Bowl could complain about the teams draft "oh, if we had only drafted John Boy instead of John Doe would woulda had a better running game". It seems like one of the most common type of posts (I know the Bills have had crap drafts), and it just seems TIRED. all this crying over spilled milk. Just give the new staff a couple seasons at least, to put together a team. Whining about Ngata and Buluga, following their careers closely etc, is pointless.

Why all this obsessing over guys the Bills didn't pick?

Interesting thought regarding Harbaugh/Luck

You're blocked. -
guys don't often (if ever) go from head coach to position coach.
-
Even if the Panthers didn't want Luck they would still pick him to then trade his rights. He is easily the most valuable player in the draft and they would be fools not to cash that chip either by selecting him or trading the pick. It's not that easily done. There aren't teams anxious to give away the farm just to trade with the Bills every year!

Defense wins championships
Geno Smith's Arm replied to lets_go_bills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Solid reasoning! How about this too, "In a division with the Jets and Patriots, you need to be able to run and pass, and score touchdowns! -
Gailey not happy with Maybin
Geno Smith's Arm replied to BEAST MODE BABY!'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
? Gailey chose the 3-4 when he started and, so far as I know, that is the defense they are trying to build. They don't have enough talent on that side of the ball, at least give them a season to construct the team. If the defense improves as much as the offense did this season, the Bills will be a very good team. Prior to this season, the biggest complaint about the defense was that we needed to switch to the 3-4!! It's only been one season, this was a pure rebuild, and next year should be at least 8-8, followed by a playoff appearance the year after. I believe that is the typical 3 year plan. -
Poz would like to stay a Bill
Geno Smith's Arm replied to Joaquin1119's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would like to become, and stay a Bill. I think I can get in the way just as well as any of the Bills linebackers. -
Chan and Brohm Pressers
Geno Smith's Arm replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Oh come on! They were going to build on a win today against the jets 3rd stringers, and use it as a launching point for next season! Like, after the 4 preseason games, Chan was gonna continuously cite this victory to inspire our boys. I think he was gonna tell the team (if they won the first game next season) that they were on a 2 game winning streak! He has been paid handsomely for his college stats. Lots of nice people don't make it..... -
Seen enough of Brohm now?
Geno Smith's Arm replied to VirginiaMike's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great, you can keep posting about him. The best part is that you aren't making any decisions for this team. I think decisiveness is one of the things that has been lacking from this organization, and I think they made one today. It will be great to read some more preposterous notions from you about how "we just don't know what we have in Brohm". I am kinda like you, except my guy was Joe Dufek, I mean Dufek really got short-changed! Gary Marangi too! Keep'em coming Deano! -
What an Absolute Embaressment

It was a preseason game, nothing to get worked up about. -
What Will Maybin Do After Football
Geno Smith's Arm replied to Bills99999's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's poetry right there. I will have to work that phrase into some future posts. Now I see "Haul off Flame" LMAO (I have never used "lol" or any of those until now, but I HAD to) -
pro bowl and nothing for kyle
Geno Smith's Arm replied to dailar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
i didn't say it isn't for the best players, and I didn't say the best players are on the best team. I know who this honor is intended for. What I said is it isn't meaningful, and implied that in order to get noticed for these kind of individual awards you often need to play for a team that is at least on the !@#$in radar. And that I think it's a waste of energy to get upset about some guy on a team that has played so poorly (especially defending the run), not getting voted into this silly game, like it's affront to the honor of Buffalo. If they start winning he will get all the accolades that don't mean much (or at least shouldn't). You can sit on what the award is supposedly intended for, and I will stand next to the reality. At this time, Kyle Williams isn't a big name in the NFL, and he plays for one of the worst organizations. Typically, a player has to wait until after a SECOND exceptional season to get voted in. Again, coffee is for closers -
Do we actually have any Pro Bowl players?

Belichick talks about bills again
Geno Smith's Arm replied to dailar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
belichick LIVES for that post game handshake. To come face to face with the humiliated opponent. That is why he has sometimes left without shaking hands after a loss. It's his money shot. He must have the smallestpenis in the NFL (or at least believe that he does). -
pro bowl and nothing for kyle
Geno Smith's Arm replied to dailar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The guys on successful teams SHOULD get the honor because their teams are WINNING. That is the best kind of play, the kind that WINS GAMES. And the Patriots have a team full of guys that are forced to submit to the team plan, sometimes to the detriment of their own stats. WIN. If the Bills start winning a bunch of games , Kyle Williams will make many Pro Bowls. WIN! Coffee is for closers -
pro bowl and nothing for kyle
Geno Smith's Arm replied to dailar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It not beyond me, I just don't think it's very relevant. I suppose it can be gratifying IF the team has had a great season, but otherwise I just couldn't give a !@#$. What am I gonna do, boast to other fans that my guy is in the pro bowl, yay!"? I am happy with his play, but only as it relates to the play of the entire team. I'm sure (or at least hope), that he would rather be playing in the playoffs. Until then I'm not gonna cry about any individuals "not getting their due" or whatever. It's just way down the list of what should be important. -
pro bowl and nothing for kyle
Geno Smith's Arm replied to dailar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why do you care? I don't think this team has played well enough to warrant any individual honors. It would only drive up his value when he becomes a free agent.
