  1. Yes that a problem too, but if they were full strength on the line they could run the ball. They didn't have time to get deep much, and they couldn't run it. O-line.
  2. Dude they know the game is over. Wrong time to judge the D. They played well enough to win. It was the offense that lost this one.
  3. It's the O-line. Chan and fitz were afraid to take chances and they couldn't run.
  4. Anything Mark Sanchez can do, Fitz can do better. How many "experts" have said "Sanchez just isn't good enough to win a Super Bowl"? It's absurd, and I don't think most of the writers that say this stuff have watched complete games by the Bills. It's obvious that Fitz is plenty good enough.
  5. ? What team do you think would win the Super Bowl with their back up QB? That is the stupidest reason to say the Bills won't win the Super Bowl I've ever seen.
  6. I believe that most of the owners would like to maximize the profits from every team, but aside from LA or Toronto, where would they move the team? San Antonio? There is no good reason to move from a firmly established fan base. This doesn't mean that I don't think that a new owner won't THINK they can be more successful somewhere else, just that they won't be.
  7. I'm not sure if they would need to use a first pick on this kind of player, but I wonder if they will try to find another guy to play a role like Bryan Scott is used for. Considering how the Pats and some other teams have been using a dual tight end offense, maybe they should add another defender that can play that kind of role. Basically a "tweener" Safety/Linebacker (please no Maybin jokes, he had no coverage skills anyway), I could see that kind of player becoming more valuable.
  8. I don't. Actually, it pisses me off to see people talking **** about my favorite coach.
  9. oooh...me too! I want them to keep him in there to play the Bills! Maybe voting will help...DONE!
  10. Remember when the world was supposed to end on May 21st? Some people had so much invested in the belief that it would happen, that they couldn't come to grips with the possibility that it wouldn't. Tebow is another example of this kind of "faith". His supporters have just dug themselves in deeper and deeper, so that now it will become a PERSONAL failing on their own part if he doesn't succeed. Ironically, as "South Georgia Bills" noted, it is an "indictment of the state of our society (what a self-righteous, douchebag thing to say), except he applied it to the wrong side of the argument. It really indicates how desperate many of the "faithful" have become. He's just a sports figure, and MOST of society couldn't care less. I'm half expecting a religious group/figure to try to purchase a franchise so they can build a team around him.
  11. I had my doubts going into the season, but after the 2 comebacks I have complete faith that Fitz is good enough to win a Super Bowl. I immediately challenged other posters here to a $150 bet. After seeing that he didn't blow it under high pressure for the two complete 2nd halfs (halves?) of those games, I knew that he was for real. He doesn't fold under pressure, and those games were Montana-esque. No, I don't think he is as good as Montana, but he can get the job done.
  12. That's the idea. String this out as long as possible, otherwise he has no value.
  13. That's a great thread. Thanks for finding that (I'm glad I didn't post in it!). "Cale" had Fitz pegged all along!
  14. I put $150 on 10-6 weeks ago...
  15. I think this week was a "normal" paced game against a weak opponent. Most of the other games were oddly paced, with the Bills playing a kind of "prevent defense" for long stretches. The defense is decent, it's definitely not in the bottom third of the league. I don't care what the stats say.
  16. I don't think the "Bulletin Board" has ANY effect , at least on teams that are well coached.
  17. Dareus HUSTLES. On the one sack he chased Beck across the field. I have seen him in previous games just running so hard! I couldn't be happier with his play and effort.
  18. I have posted all along that it had more to do with the way the games unfolded. They were playing in some blowouts, and ended up playing a kind of "Prevent" defense for an entire half sometimes. This was a much more typically paced game.
  19. Yeah, but that would have been ridiculous. I don't think it "proved" anything.
  20. You Teebs just keep digging a deeper hole for yourselves. He isn't a quality NFL QB. Lots of NFL players pray, he isn't the Chosen One.
  21. Yeah, but imagine how many they would've had WITH him? I'm guessing like 10 more sacks.
  22. He pushes religion, and so many of his supporters are right-wing freaks. Maybe even you?
