  1. I heard the batter has to be ready with 8 seconds left. That’s dumb, just let the pitcher pitch whenever he wants within the time regardless of if the batter is ready. Call it a strike if it’s over the plate.

  14. Saw the Bills play Lynn Dickey and the Packers at Milwaukee County Stadium in the early 80s. Cold and rainy day. The grass baseball field was a mud pit. The Bills fumbled on their first two possessions that led to Packers TDs. A one sided game that was miserable to sit through.

Walt Patulski and Marty Domres played football there but before my time. I was at Marquette University when Glenn Doc Rivers played there. He went on to a long career as an NBA player and is still a coach. I missed Al McGuire and the national championship by 2 years.

  24. I know it won’t happen, but I’d like to see a Sabres game in every NHL arena. And also see one game in every other pro hockey arena; AHL, ECHL, SPHL, FPHL. I’d also like to participate on ice with the Sabres at a practice just to feel how fast they really are.
