Don't be like sheep and follow the flock
Show me you're really mine, you're mine
Come on, come on
Well, I know you can do it
Come on, come on
Well, there ain't nothin' to it
Got to pay your dues if you wanna sing the blues
And you know it don't come easy
You don't have to shout or leap about
You can even play them easy
Forget about the past and all your sorrows
The future won't last, it will soon be your tomorrow
It's gonna take time
A whole lot of precious time
It's gonna take patience and time, mmm
To do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it
To do it right, child
I got my mind set on you
I got my mind set on you
I did play but it just depends on your pain tolerance. I did the prescribed stretching exercises beforehand, some with elastic bands, to loosen it up. And I’ve worn level 2 braces on both knees ever since. It was a dull pain, but sometimes I’d still get a quick sharp pain.
I tore my meniscus a couple years ago playing hockey. It didn’t require surgery, but I had to go to physical therapy for a couple months and then continue exercises at home. It took about six months before it felt normal again.
CBD can help with the pain, but it won’t reduce the swelling. Good old ice will do that. When I hurt my knee and it remained swollen for weeks I got it drained which really helped.
I’ve found that Bio Freeze spray really helps with joint pain.
I'm all out of hope
One more bad dream
Could bring a fall
When I'm far from home
Don't call me on the phone
To tell me you're alone
It's easy to deceive
It's easy to tease
But hard to get release
Eyes without a face
And you said you was never intending
To break up our scene this way
But there ain't any use in pretending
It could happen to us any day
How long has this been going on?
How long has this been going on?
So true, funny how it seems
Always in time, but never in line for dreams
Head over heels when toe to toe
This is the sound of my soul
This is the sound
I bought a ticket to the world
But now I've come back again
Why do I find it hard to write the next line?
Oh I want the truth to be said
I come home, in the mornin' light
My mother says, "When you gonna live your life right?"
Oh momma dear, we're not the fortunate ones
And girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just wanna have fun
She gets rock n roll a rock n roll station
And a rock n roll dream
She's making movies on location
She don't know what it means
But the music make her want to be the story
And the story was whatever was the song what it was
Roller girl don't worry
D.J. play the movies all night long
I wish I could live a little more
Look up to the sky, not just the floor
I feel like my life is flashing by
And all I can do is watch and cry
I miss the air, I miss my friends
I miss my mother, I miss it when
Life was a party to be thrown
But that was a million years ago
A million years ago
Ooh, the wheel in the sky keeps on turnin'
I don't know where I'll be tomorrow
Wheel in the sky keeps on turnin'
I've been tryin' to make it home
Got to make it, before too long
Ooh, I can't take this very much longer

Watching girls go passing by
It ain't the latest thing
I'm just standing in a doorway
I'm just trying to make some sense
Out of these girls passing by
The tales they tell of men
I'm not waiting on a lady
I'm just waiting on friend
Hey look me over
Lend me an ear
Fresh out of clover
Mortgage up to here
But don't pass the brake folks
Don't pass the cup
I'd figure whenever you're down and out
The only way is up
Dark star I see you in the morning
Dark star a' sleeping next to me
Dark star let the memory of the evening
Be the first thing that you think of
When you open up your smile and see me dark star
Right away, I bought me a through train ticket
Ridin' cross Mississippi clean
And I was on that midnight flier out of Birmingham
Smoking into New Orleans
Somebody help me get out of Louisiana
Just help me get to Houston town
There are people there who care a little 'bout me
And they won't let the poor boy down
Smoke was comin' from out of the back
When I started to gain on that Cadillac.
Knew I could catch him, I thought I could pass.
Don't you know by then we'd be low on gas?
We'll hear the music ring from the mountaintops
To the valley below us
We'll serenade the world with a lullaby
So the angels will know us, angels will know us
Are you ready, are you ready for love?
Yes I am, are you
Shout, shout, shout!
Shout, shout, shout!
Shout at the devil!
He's the wolf screaming lonely in the night
He's the blood stain on the stage
He's the tear in your eyes, been tempted by his lie
He's the knife in your back, he's rage
Sister Christian, oh, the time has come
And you know that you're the only one to say, "Okay"
Where you going? What you looking for?
You know those boys don't want to play no more with you, it's true
