Nobody wants Allen to fail and to call out people who criticize him when he has one good game is ridiculous. I thought he had an amazing day today but I still want to see it against a good team, and that rarely happens. Let's hope he has a Repeat Performance next week and then at least a respectable day vs Dallas. Along with Alan, I thought the offensive line had the best game of the year so far.

And now the national so called "experts" are mostly picking the Dolphins to win. JesusH, 4 weeks ago, they were saying that Miami could arguably be the worst team in the history of the NFL.

Throw every single cap dollar and draft pick towards the offense line and receivers... and a DE. The defense will probably take a small step back next year but give Allen every possible resource imaginable and pray that he proves to be the guy by end of next year. If he indeed does not take a MAJOR step forward, then you have the insta offense ready to roll for the next QB.

Bingo, it's a one dimensional offense. Defenses are just too good these days to score against when that is the case.

I have no problem with trying out any QB under the sun. It would not be wise to put all stock into Josh Allen. They need to keep drafting (and picking up FA QBs) until they find one that can carry an offense.....like really care an offense through the air. I know people may not care about yards per game but man, can it really be that hard, especially when you are on a team that is behind so often?

Pittsburgh is the playoff game......and Allen trying to beat that defense is just not going to happen.

I would like to think we don't have to compare our current QB to Losman or Manuel. THAT'S exactly how low expectations have been around here...ugh

I am not done, and I will watch (and go). That doesn't mean I can't think they are going nowhere. They are an average team that get exposed when facing any assemblance of talent

Let me start by saying that if you love Josh Allen and his play so far, no need to respond here. This is for people like myself that want a QB with no accuracy issues and that can be a starter for a couple years as to not waste a relatively good defense. With all of the back-up qbs emerging into starters, there must be some vets that will be available as a stop-gap. What might that list look like as I don't think anyone in the front office will admit that Allen is not the guy.....until end of next year. For all intents and purposes, the season ended yesterday. It will officially come crashing down when they get stomped in Pitt though.

It would be one thing if they lost because of turnovers and bad calls, but the bottom line is that they just aren't very good. It is better to have all the weaknesses exposed, and that includes the quarterback play. I have no doubt in my mind that by the end of this season, they will have to find not only new linebackers, but a new quarterback and top receiver as well. I honestly think they are lucky to have 6 wins at this point and I cannot wait until the Miami and Denver games are over. I want to see how far behind they really are and if that involves getting crushed by the better teams and losing the head coach, so be it. I keep hoping Allen is going to snap out of it but sadly, i just don't think it is going to happen. Fans are so accustomed to terrible quarterback play and eeking by with sub 200-yard games, that they get excited when Allen completes three or four nice passes a game. The bar is so low, and it is absolutely pathetic on how blame is passed on to others during these games. An accurate qb with a mediocre arm gets this team to 11 wins without hesitation. I would honestly take any of the backup qbs that have stepped in this year and not missed a beat.

No chance in hell can this offense do anything vs Pittsburgh D. New England, yeah right, Ravens, nope, Dallas offense will shred this D. I highly doubt they beat Denver but it's possible....9-7 and some luck is their only hope.

It's not just losing, it's how terrible they look when they lose....and how awful the offense is when they win too. At this point, every team in the nfl knows how to stop Allen...make him play qb

Exactly what the hell is he good at? Running? If that's all they saw in scouting, then why wouldn't they have taken Lamar? None of it makes sense....
