I agree, the Sabres white on white were crisp and clean and it suited the team speed perfectly. Nobody else has anything like it (Vegas tried) but last night was heaven on the eyes....loved it.

It will all come down to if he is willing to play for us the remainder of the year and collect a big paycheck next year for multiple years or if he wants that now. If another team is willing to offer multiyear contract and big money, I think you can take Buffalo out of that conversation immediately.

It's odd for me to say this but getting to the SUper Bowl with the 2 weeks of hype leading up to it would be pretty darn fun. If they win, fantastic, but I would not be devastated if they got there and lost. I would be much more devastated if they lost to the Chiefs at home in the AFC Championship.

My memory of the 1st Super Bowl run was that NOBODY was getting in the Bills way of winning the Super Bowl (until Belicheck as DC stumped them in the bowl). This year is different as there is still the hurdle of the Chiefs (no pun intended). If the Chiefs were not around, I would have had the same feeling.

The best part about leading the AFC right now is that even when we play teams like the Bears, there will constantly be that #1 seed in the back of their heads. I think this group is well aware of the importance of teams having to come to Orchard Park in January. From the fan's perspective, no game will be overlooked for the same reason. Jets and Patriots seem to be rising so this should be quite a ride over the next several months. Every week is just gigantic, and the pursuit of the #1 seed will be there every single week.
