  1. Yes, but the fact that he fits Jauron's philosophy PERFECTLY and still left is never great.
  2. "They’re on the brink of being a championship team, so to me that’s a great asset and a great way to continue my career.” What this really means = You really think I am going to have a legit shot at a championship if I sign here!?
  3. This is exactly what the Bills should have done with a new Coach. Shake the crap out of this pathetic organization and scrap any and all losers on this team. Go get em Dickless and Ralph!! Weeeeeeeeeeeee
  4. I really could not care less about excitement on a message board....I'm talking about getting a freakin' pulse out of this deadbeat organization
  5. At least there would be some excitement around here (whether it was based on good or bad moods). So here it is.....Bills need a LB or DE in free agency. They HAVE to fill ONE of these two positions before the draft. Who are they looking at that will fill this need?
  6. What do you think the brass would do? It looks like the Raiders would now be the last obstacle with Housh going to Seattle. I can't imagine Al Davis passing on this but who knows (stranger things have happened). My big concern would still be DE and LB but oh my goodness, talk about the offense going from zero to hero in a hurry. At the very least, it would be a pretty big spark this team has needed for a while. Evans, Coles and Crabtree (maybe we would not even need a Defense)! BUT, reality shows me Coles and Crabtree being on different teams and the defense will be addressed in the first round.
  7. Unfortunately, I am pretty sure that Buffalo is lumped with Detroit and Cinci now...
  8. Wow, how long...seriously, how long has that same old crap been repeated around here? The Bills will ALWAYS be a year away because they may never get there....
  9. Ummmm, who do you think needs the most talent in the NFL? Bills are in top 3 along with Cinci and Detroit
  10. Scott was one example...........Our LBs and DEs suck. How do you even know the Bills would never have shot at someone like that. I would rather Ralph overpay someone legit than overpay middle of the road guys that keep your talent level at 7-9 again. It's not even worth arguing....the whole front office sucks so of course FA is horrible. This organization needs a GM for the love of God
  11. Newsflash - the serious team teams in this league do get what they want day one LB??? DE??? C??? TE??? WR??? Those are 5 positions that need to be filled. Is it too much to ask for to go after a Bart Scott and overpay a little. You get that LB in FA and draft the best DE available at #11. Good thing they spent the entire day on Coles when he is not even the answer to this team. Hey Ralph, did you read what Fred Taylor said after the visit?? You created one heck of a winning attitude around here with your 10 time loser coach. Thanks for nothing again
  12. I agree, if this idiotic front office thinks Taylor and Coles are the "big" names the fans would fall in love with, they are so much further away from reality than I thought (and I thought that would be impossible). I could not give a crap if we get Coles or not.....let him go to Miami
  13. The only thing that could save this season is if that is a picture of Jauron in your avatar.....
  14. I suppose my point is that unless you go after a PROVEN commodity, the Bills will fail. They have absolutely nobody in the front office who does a good job at evaluating talent. Their only hope is is to land a big PROVEN name when it comes to FA. Does that mean over spending? Yes, but unfortunately Buffalo will always have to do that.
  15. They needed a TE and got one.....uhhhhhh
  16. no, just predictable. It is just funny to me after so many years of messing up in FA
  17. And they are all better than the Bills to begin with. Will the Bills make some moves? Yes, but it is just so par for the course the way this organization works. Would it really hurt to at least get a look at the top receiver, guard or center? Yes, I know that Buffalo is not attractive to most players but come on, overpay for someone who has proven their worth in the NFL already. This team has ZERO playmakers..ZERO. If they are going to crap it up again during the season, let's get a little excitement before it starts.
  18. At this point, I would throw the kitchen sink at him...I don't care about his charactor issue or how much over spending would take place. Go out with a bang Ralph go out with a bang..... I would rather have one MAJOR impact player than 3 or 4 mid level signings. This guy would change our whole D next to Stroud. Grab a DE with first pick and Center with 2nd. Do whatever the hell you want with the rest of the picks........
  19. Sabres are sitting in a pretty good position right now sans Vanek. Although they have their down games, it should be an exciting finish. Take a lok at the Ovechkin goal last night and you will see there is some great stuff to be seen. Tickets can be had for a lot cheaper these days too.
  20. wow, I would say this is ringing even louder as the day goes on. What's up with all the anger?
  21. I suggest people step back from the Bills for a little while and enjoy some good hockey. Whatever happens to Lynch happens...tune out until the draft and you will be a lot happier. As soon as Jauron was kept, I realized it is just not worth caring about this team until the season starts again. Getting fired up over stupid decisions that you KNOW are going to be made is just too exhausting to deal with anymore. I refuse to let let the Bills sour me anymore outside of the actual season. The people in charge at One Bills Drive don't care about the fans so don't expend any negative energy towards them. Go Sabres and Go Bills in September!!
  22. I think they could afford to sacrififice more than a few players. Wow, has the news surrounding the Bills EVER been worse than it is right now? I really don't think there is one player on that team (aside from Jackson) that I would ever wear on my back.
  23. funny thing is that I would have cared about this news last year.......this year, you could arrest the whole team minus Fred Jackson and I would not care one bit.
  24. I guess my whole point here is that if you KNEW he would be a top notch Center for years to come, would you take him at 11? Of course, nobody will have that answer now....
  25. I really would not have a problem getting him at #11. This would obviously mean they have to get a DE in FA. In order to solidify that anchor on the line for a decade, I would have no problem with this supposed " reach". If they don't get him there, I would do whatever needs to be done to go back in the first to snag him. I think this would open up the Offense TREMENDOUSLY.
