Just one impact player would be nice - ONE. Just ONE player that you can see is a difference maker every single week. Just ONE player to give this joke of a franchise an identity. How many failed first round picks do they have to miss before they get ONE.....

None of this will ever happen under the current regime. Anyone in the world could have drafted Dareus and outside of that pick, they are clueless. How these idiots cannot learn from past mistakes is beyond me and the Spiller pick alone should have raised the biggest red flag to date.Anyone associated with this franchise for the last 10 years (and that includes Ownership)needs to be wiped out yesterday.

If Fitz does not get out of this funk and really did prove to just be a flash in the pan, they HAVE to find a way to get one of the top 3 QBs in the draft. I don't know much after Luck, Barkley and Griffin so hopefully someone else emerges. I can't see the Bills moving up to get a QB because that FO is dumb AND stubborn.

The Bills are one of the few teams (if not only team) where there is ZERO identity. There is no plan on offense and there is no plan on defense. Where in the world is this team heading and who the hell can lead them? If they could just solidify one side of the ball for the first time in a decade, fans might be able to see progress but they suck on both sides year after year. You know what I would do? I would throw millions at Rob Ryan in Dallas, tell him about the wings and get a freakin identity around here. No big name coaches will accept this crumbling project so get a defensive minded guy in here and have him go out and get a decent O coordinator. I have never seen a team who has been rebuilding for 10 years fail so badly year after year. This team is soft and has no direction at all. Adjustments are not being made, Chan's one trick pony offensive gameplan has been figured out and the defense has all the wrong schemes for their players.

You could pick any of the Dolphins top 10 hits yesterday and any ONE of them would have been harder than the biggest hit our pansy team has delivered all season....

How about drafting a QB that can actually play one solid season from start to finish. You can see a ton more upside on almost every QB drafted in the first round last year compared to Fitz. Fix the freakin problem once and for all. Trade your whole draft if you have to because this front office can't draft worth squat.............

Next week's gam against the Jets when NY is playing for their playoff lives is going to make the last 3 weeks look like candyland. The Bills are getting worse and worse every week and next week will be the icing on the cake.....

Wow, I NEVER thought this team could collapse so rapidly and prove to have even more holes than before the season started. Will this organization EVER field a team that can play a meaningful game in December at least? No defense - check No depth on lines - check No DBs - check Starting QB that would be # 2 on 75% of other teams - check Coaches who can't adjust - check At least they have Freddy!

Fitz sucks....period. If they don't find a way to get a god damn QB in this draft, they will NEVER make the playoffs. He has missed 3 throws I could make in my sleep. I cannot believe the season has come down to this......

Beating Miami and losing to the Jets puts them at 6-5. Losing to Miami puts a nail in the coffin once again before we even hit December. Just act like you can play in the NFL again before the nightmare that is going to take place in NJ. After that, who knows what could happen with TN, SD, MI and Den.

Now THAT makes my day as a sports fan!
