  1. There is no awesome, there is no terrible, there is just......blah. it would be nice to see something eventually other than the Carolina drive.
  2. I foresee a verrry heavy dose of the run game this season.
  3. If we are talking about a tough road win that was really important for the Bills to win, then I can't think of any in recent memory. Have the Bills even kept the season alive come December 1st in a while? This team deserves every bit of criticism until they can prove to turn it around. No excuses this year, the talent is here to win and nothing shy of 9-7 should be accepted as successful.
  4. I have a hard time believing there is another choice besides Bills Oilers comeback game but maybe there were not just many people here at that game. There was just something magical about being at that game.....
  5. I just took a look at the Patriots schedule and I think it will be one their harder ones in many years. Miami, Jets and Buffalo always play them pretty tough and outside of that, I saw 3 automatic wins. Now I am pretty sure they will find their way to 10-13 wins but I believe they will be fighting harder than ever to get there....
  6. Me too. Cordy Glenn is so unbelievably important to the success of this offense. If they can get through training camp with no major injuries, Dareus back on the field (with no suspension) and Glenn back in - optimism will be fully restored. I can't even get a pulse on the EJ thing - it almost seems like we won't know anything until week one is over with him.
  7. One back, one more to go! Thanks for update...
  8. As soon as I hear our LTs are back, I will have almost forgotten about the Kiko injury. Keep that oline in tact and this team is going to have a great season. Let us know if there are any updates at all on glenn or henderson....
  9. White blows the red out of the water. Why people want to mess with the best uniform in Bills history is beyond me.....
  10. I barely had any emotional reaction when I heard this because you just knew it would be something. ....
  11. For the life of me, how can ANYONE on this planet actually take these reports seriously. Do you really think the teams are going to release what the intentions are....
  12. Wouldn't it be nice to have a team where you knew you would make the playoffs every year instead of wondering if you were ranked in the bottom 5 again. They have to draft a QB every year until they are 100% sold on the guy they have (but they won't)
  13. Shouldn't they find out if they even have a QB worth keeping before mortgaging the future on a WR? Draft one at 9 if Evans is there but giving up a 2nd when QB is still a BIG ?- no thanks
  14. Flying to ChiTown for the opener!
  15. 6-10 seems very realistic to me
  16. Just a terrible idea with no tradition rooted in it. If they were the ever change the uni for one game (which they won't) make it the EXACT duplicate of the 1st game ever played in Buffalo.
  17. With the team on the rise and the electricity of the crowd that night, I fully expect this to be just the first of a few Monday (or Thursday) Nighters the Bills will host over the next few years.....
  18. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/04/08/report-lions-to-host-bills-on-thanksgiving/
  19. My buddy is at Knicks game and said Kelly and family just got a big cheer
  20. as expected.... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/03/31/report-desean-jackson-to-redskins-a-done-deal/
  21. Yup, I just can't see this team leaving and for all the reasons you stated above. I guess the question I would have is IF they ever did leave (and they won't), what are the chances Buffalo would get another team (like the Browns accomplished.)
  22. WHEN Jimbo makes it to the home opener and they show him on the jumbotron, Holy Crap, watch out
  23. All I know is that the Sabres have no place to go but up and come hell or high water, I'll be planning the menu for 8 games in the parking lot. Let's say goodbye to the 20s and 30s and get our Spring on as this crappy, crappy Winter did nobody any favors to brighten the mood. Now Ralph, just make sure we have 75 and sunny when 70K plus chant your name on opening day this year
  24. When you add up Jim Kelly, Ralph Wilson (along with uncertainty of team) and ongoing 14 year playoff drought to the most unwatchable season in Sabres history, it has to be the worst year in Buffalo Sports.
  25. I can't think of a more deserving fan base in all the world to get a championship than Buffalo. With what the Sabres are going through (record, loss of miller, Lafontaine, etc..) and the uncertainty of the Bills remaining in Buffalo, I have a hard time come up with a more depressing atmosphere around these parts. I have said from day one that as long as we have the Bills stay in Buffalo, I will be happy. Would it be great to have a Super Bowl? Sure, but the thought of taking away the communal atmosphere that takes place on Sundays would honestly be heart breaking (and I mean that in the truest sense of the words.) Let's all put some positive vibes out there and pray that some good investors start appearing in in WNY.
