Just saying there are more players in the NFL doesn't do it. Yeah they have more players but they still commit more crimes per player than any other league. You'd have a very hard time finding more than a handful of crimes committed by NHL players.

They need to have the toughest because they have far far more criminals in the NFL than any other league. But it isn't tough enough policy. Also if they IQ the players in each sport I'm sure that the NFL players on average would be far below the rest. There is always a strong correlation between low IQ and crime .

Or could it just be that the situation doesn't require all this rationalisation. Maybe Losamn just isn't a good QB , did you ever take that into consideration ? Maybe it is just as simple as....he is not a good NFL QB let's move on.

This crew in the Sabres front office is more than capable of signing Miller to a big contract and that will be the biggest mistake in the long series of blunders they have made in the past 2+ years. And Vanek hasn't played like a $10 million player. Not even close.

I really don't think that losing Losman and/or Evan affects free agents. As you can see Buffalo has signed quite a few of the top FA the past 2 years. If the Bills started losing top notch players that might be different. Evans is a better than average receiver , that's a fair assessment. And Losman is pretty much a bust. These aren't the type of players that make big news with free agents league wide. Besides the main factor in free agency is MONEY not Lee Evans' or JP Losman's mouth. Beyond that I am not aware of the Bills "jerking players around". I think you have a very vivid imagination.

Both of these owners spend the money to have winning teams. They just don't happen to have the players. In the Sabres case they did until Quinn's policies ruined a great team.

It's not really a matter of Galisano being a bad owner. His one flaw as an owner is his unwaivering faith in Quinn, who has come back to Buffalo and promptly ruined another Stanley Cup contender. The tradegy is there are no signs that Galisano's confidence in that Ahole is fading.
