While testifying as part of a Congressional hearing, Hil'ry Clinton lost her complete stock of personal care items--hair brushes, designer eye glasses, etc. If found, please notify the State Department (quickly). Seriously, is the woman losing her eyesight; has she fired her personal consultant? She looks like she spent the night on a sidewalk grate. Shouldn't she at least try to project a knowledgable, professional image....?

Which of the following is the action of a leader? 1) Admit to whatever involvement he participated in and take the consequences; 2) Bargain for the least possible level of responsibility and testify against those around him at the time to seek favorable treatment.
