You insure that you are not sending ballots to dead people and check the residency/address of the people you are sending those ballots to. Possibly require stricter voter registration rules to force voters to register more often.

If the voting rolls aren't checked for their accuracy and culled then there will be a whole lot of ballots that should be thrown out but get counted. This is the problem with mail-in voting in states that haven't fine tuned the process. Kay, my posting of the scene from Good Will Hunting was to try to convey to you how you (in my eyes) were presenting yourself as a well read person without much real experience. I have the real experience of building very successful teams and then leading them in such a way as to preempt the need for a union. Good pay and great working conditions are necessary but encouraging a family atmosphere while tamping down any attempts to allow workers to force their version of union like "work rules" is an absolute prerequisite to success. A leader needs to encourage as much participation in the thinking/decision process as possible while setting such standards that promote a high amount of pride in completing the tasks assigned. The border wall has been validated by the SCOTUS. It's not coming down unlike Obama's Dream Act. Federal enhanced unemployment benefits have been extended (with modifications) by the use of monies that have already been funded. The reason for needing to do this is that the disloyal opposition wants to fund 3.5 trillion dollars of their pet projects instead of the 1.0 trillion Trump wants.
