  1. The Trump Tower Moscow deal had to be a recognition of someone representing them locally. There's been no talk of a property that was identified or a price that would be part of a LOI. It had to be an agreement that would pay someone for that person finding a property that met certain specifications.
  2. He doesn't even know how many work weeks there are in a month so good luck.
  3. The 70% is only charged on the earnings over $10,000,000. Income under $10,000,000 is charged at lower rates.
  4. Yes, come one, come all. It's a mead party time! https://www.liquor.com/articles/10-facts-about-mead/#gs.WPMy16at Ever wonder what mighty potion Vikings fortified themselves with as they crisscrossed the oceans? Or what King Midas was swigging from his golden goblet? The answer lies with the humble honeybee—and the sweet elixir it’s helped produce for millenia. Mead may be the ancestor of all alcoholic beverages. It’s enjoyed audiences with all manner of royalty, epic fictional heroes and even Greek gods. But its popularity has still sagged under the weight of history—until now. The ancient draught is staging a triumphant return, and you need to know what all the buzz is about.
  5. That is wrong. AOC called for a 70% tax rate on money earned over $10,000,000. As far as your conversation with Gleeful Gator goes, you need to start slower. It's been 3 years and he still hasn't figured out why there are 52 weeks in a year if there are 4 weeks to a month and 12 months to a year. I once thought I had made progress with him when I got him to take out 52 quarters from a dryer at the laundromat and lay them out on his folding table but he then argued that there was 13 months in a year. I gave up when he tried to make Gatorary as the new month.
  6. Trying to lose some weight and teeth? I swear I didn't see your post!
  7. Sure, you like weed better. Besides, putting your bottle in a plain paper bag isn't fooling anyone.
  8. If you're asking for Boyst then you must know where he's been hiding lately. He's not in your hayloft is he?
  9. Tell me, what are hinchmen? 34 hasn't even figured it out yet even though I've given him the answer.
  10. So, anti-Semitism and a mentally ill school shooter are examples of savagery on the right? I have no clue what you are referring to in Charlotte. All this time away from PPP and you still haven't figured out how to make a reasonable argument for a preconceived position?
  11. We have the ability to further reduce our carbon emissions by moving towards more natural gas consumption in place of coal, oil and gasoline. The best part of that per Nancy Pelosi is that the use of natural gas cuts our use of fossil fuels.
  12. That's actually Liz's line but switch out "mon" with "Kemosabe".
  13. I'm sure the Zubaz kept you comfortable enough.
  14. We all do it, but arguing with Gleeful Gator is like arguing with a stone. Actually, more like a pebble in that he's not only very small, but very dense. "Pebbles" would be a good back up nickname for him/her/it.
  15. There were coupons in the local Penny Saver this past month. I think it was a 15% get off deal.
  16. That's somehow just a sneaky way for good old Bill to take over the crack trade.
