  1. I’m speaking of Diggs displeasure of the constant doubles and bracketed coverages. Of course the Bills can restructure without Diggs consent, that doesn’t mean he didn’t ask what they’re doing with the cap room and was told they’re looking to get him the help he wants and needs. Nobody knows anything other than those in the building and more precisely Diggs.
  2. Yes, I suppose I’m giving too much credit to the average viewer. I totally agree with the downfall of journalism but that being said, this spaghetti at the wall guess at Diggs issues are just as plausible as the other non informed takes.
  3. I think everyone is aware that all these reports are pure speculation until we hear directly from Diggs if that even happens at all.
  4. Not saying it’s true, but why is it bad journalism? Just speculation like every other outlet, this is just a different angle and to be fair it seems much more logical than Diggs wants the ball more. It definitely could be that along with his frustration of constantly being doubled and bracketed that he’s been expecting an upgrade opposite him to loosen coverage. I hope this guess at the issue has some merit.
  5. They scored 10 points in a home playoff game and looked nothing like a contender, when you don’t follow any particular team closely like the fans do and you’ve maybe seen a handful of prime time games and that loss is your last impression then you see all the rats jumping ship. I would have been surprised had they not got off the Bills nut sack given their view of the team prior to the KC divisional loss. They need to win a title and even after that, there’ll be a segment of people who say do it again and then we’ll crown you. Life of the Mafia.
  6. Simply play their very best in January and February and hope to also get some luck, this is one of the beat teams in the NFL as constructed.
  7. Agree, most importantly the oline wasn’t getting run over on every snap.
  8. I think this is exactly right, Allen just needs to continue to be himself and definitely not try to be something he’s not. Being vocal and rah rah is great if that’s who you truly are but imposters will be disrespected, ridiculed and mocked by their peers.
  9. Couldn’t leave any options for the rest of us pfft
  10. A significant factor in why TEs usually take a year or two to pop is the difficulty in learning how to pass/run block at the NFL level. Hard enough to learn how to beat NFL defenses as a rookie TE in the passing game as it is. If the Bills take much of that off his plate by essentially utilizing him as a slot receiver and combining that with being dropped into an elite passing offense with Josh Allen as his QB… then you can be a little more enthusiastic about Kincaid’s chances of bucking the trend year one.
  11. I agree, it’s really been the last 2 years they’ve not met expectations. Allen is too good to not be playing in Super Bowls and for that reason McBean are on the hot seat. No title for Allen is an organizational disaster on par with Marino’s legacy, one championship is an organizational failure on par with Favre and Rodgers in GB. To declare Allen’s career a organizational success story they need to win at least 2 titles, Allen is that good IMHO.
  12. Yeah wasn’t that a knock some people used on Barry Sanders… yeah he’s amazing but without those 2-3 runs a game he woulda went 15 carries for 28 yards. Maybe with Barry you were almost guaranteed to get those couple runs every game and that’s what makes him different but still kinda the same situation.
  13. A lock ? Wtf is going on
  14. You’ve made a sound argument, I’m going to hope Oliver plays a big part of a championship run and the front office can choose to part ways after year 3 of the contract if they’re so inclined.
  15. Yeah I believe the Knox contract isn’t good, I’m not sure if every team doesn’t have contracts they regret, I’d expect they do.
  16. I have no reason to doubt you and the 6th highest guaranteed money claim, that is too much guaranteed money for Oliver at this point imho. Looks like it’s a decision they’ve made based on a multiple of factors, many of which fans are not privy. I’m also hoping making room for an acquisition was part of the decision and that Ed pops off and we feel much better about the contract in November than we do now.
  17. It’s perfectly reasonable to disagree with the signing, I personally would have let him play out the option like Edmunds but the overreaction by some portraying this move as the new Albert Haynesworth debacle isn’t necessary to make their point. Middle of the road money for a good young DT with hopes of upside.
  18. There’s only a small handful of DTs that are noticeable every game and they make or will make the top money, not this middle of the league money Oliver just signed for. DT isn’t a splash play position.
  19. This sums it up perfectly.
  20. Playing rookies in 2022-23 is not rushing, it’s not 1985. we can just agree to disagree.
  21. Elam and Cook needed to be on the field more, that was a failure IMHO. Shakir was a much less important piece of the puzzle. If people are saying McDermott has a long history of mishandling rookies that’s obviously incorrect.
  22. Wow… Shakir trying to Billy Joe Hobert himself
  23. I appreciate you posting any and all NFL information… I’m a junkie
