Pregame thread (8/17/24) - Bills at Steelers
julian replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Allen to Diggs led the league in receptions and yards one season, does this dude believe Diggs growth has been stunted by Allen’s inability to hit a 5 yard slant ? lol I have to go to work every day for peanuts while people like this are paid a fortune to spew such idiotic garbage. I made some poor career choices, it’s on me. -
Bills @ Steelers - Preseason Game 2 - Sat 8/17 7PM

I think this Bills oline is an underrated unit, if they pick up where they left off and continue to grow that’s gonna make the transition away from Diggs and Davis much more easier. -
It is the Disney company don’t forget lol.

Yes, having the most talented player to ever play at the most important position is the great eraser.

Sam Ponder stepped out of line and had to go, RG3 was just collateral damage to provide the smokescreen.

Matt Parrino reporting today that Spencer Brown dominated the Steelers to the point where he pancaked 2 different Steelers, also mentioned that O’Cyrus was almost as good and the line as a whole gave Allen plenty of time against a good Pittsburgh pass rush.

Matt Milano had surgery for "significant bicep injury", out indefinitely
julian replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe he is, but his loss won’t determine this years team destiny.. this in 2024 NFL.. not 1985.. your opinion is wrong in my opinion lol -

Whatever… a LB isn’t going to determine a team’s destiny. next man up. -
1. Falcons make the NFC title game. 2. Washington gets the 7 seed 3. Jayden Daniels wins ROTY. 4. Colts win the South. Bills 1. Kincaid earns his first pro bowl. 2. Cook leads the NFL in all purpose yards. 3. Von registers 10+ sacks 4. Bills earn the 2 seed again beating KC at arrowhead in the title game.

The bilateral Chorioamnionitis ligament looks to be partially torn from the Chlamydia trachomatis. Ointment twice daily on effected area with moderate physical therapy should see improvement within 1-3 years. For legality purposes I’m no longer seeing patients due to pending litigation.

Green Light Podcast - Chris Long with JA17
julian replied to SydneyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Excellent, Chris noticing Allen’s commitment to a healthier, leaner body coming into this season. -
Maybe he was a little bit mesmerized by Allen’s 6’5 250lb performance the previous season when he did what ever he wanted against his 49er defense. I’m guessing plenty of opponents leave games after watching Allen in person thinking I want one of those guys. The problem is there’s only ever been one lol.

I’m only watching this fake football to see if rookies look like they belong, do they understand their assignment, do they flash at all. I thought Solomon showed why he lead the nation in sacks, I was unimpressed by Carter as I just didn’t notice him and Keon I’m giving an incomplete assessment because he was only targeted three times and just didn’t log enough playing time. preseason health means everything and in that regard it was a win Saturday.

I agree, Salah is far from proven. -

lol I’ll take your word for it, gambling is not my world, I just know Miami is a soft football team and you know that as well. They’re great against mediocre/bad teams in early season good/great conditions but when the real season starts in November they’re nowhere to be found… it’s just who they are. -

I could see the Jets winning the east if Rogers plays the entire season and plays well, until the Dolphins can find an answer for Allen and also beat playoff teams and win games on the road in November and December I won’t take them as a serious threat. -

I don’t think Allen’s stats are going to fall off in any dramatic fashion, I also don’t believe they’re realistically in contention for the 1 seed mostly because of a very tough schedule. Another Allen 40+ TD 4500+ total yards and possibly less than 18 INTs this year with another division title definitely gives him a chance at MVP unless he runs up against another Rogers career year type of season by another QB. The bottom line for me is the MVP has become the best QB on one of the two 1 seeds, Lamar winning with his stats last year tells you all you need to know.

Justin Simmons released (now visiting N'awlins)
julian replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Rapp and Bishop was the plan and Edwards was the injury insurance behind those two, now because of multiple injuries we’re left holding our breath watching Hamlin. I do trust McDermott with DBs so I’m not hitting the panic button, but safety along with edge rusher are my biggest concerns going into the season.
