I had to decide between Kincaid and Cook in my PPR keeper league.. I kept Kincaid, Chase and Lamb and let Cook go… I pick 9th and might grab Cook there. I’m definitely targeting Shakir later, but being so flush at WR I can and will wait.

We got the Ironman… I say cut all these skid QBs and sign a couple pro Catan players and make Knox and Kincaid earn their seat in the game.

Are there many or any examples of WRs who ran fast 40 times but couldn’t separate in the league ? If not being a good route runner is considered not a good at separation then I guess there’s plenty of examples. Are there slow 40 time players who are good route runners who get separation? hmmmm… my mind is spinning

They might not be showing the urgency because much like the Edmonds leaving situation when everybody outside the building was panicking, they had a plan and felt good about it. Now of course it doesn’t mean they’ll be correct again this time, but may explain the lack of urgency.

Unfortunately we won’t be coming close to having an Andy Reid play caller anytime soon, but the Kelce point is correct and it’s why Kincaid will be the single biggest deciding factor in the success of this year’s offense. Kincaid has to be in the top 5 TE conversation this season, if that happens the division is the Bills for a 5th straight year.

Rousseau break out season 10+ sacks Von makes an impact 6-10 sacks Kincaid balls out Bobby calls great defense Brady shows some creativity I think they have the best oline in the division, not saying it’s the 90s Cowboys unit but it’s somewhere in the 8-12 range imho.

I only brought up the question because I think Ray Davis may be seen as an answer in that building.If the Bills give either of them a 2nd contract I’d be shaking my head, just build a good oline and keep replacing these backs in the draft on cheap deals.

That’s a strategy I’m good with for sure, but just because he’s one of a very few day 2 picks to pan out shouldn’t get in the way of getting draft capital if your willing to gamble with the injury gods, of course it ultimately comes down to how you really feel about Ray Davis. 100% This is exactly what I was thinking when I posed the question. I understand having both Cook and Davis is nice injury insurance, but if these coaches are all in with what they’re seeing from Davis then I’d want them to pull the trigger.

After seeing what we’ve seen from Davis, if a team suffered a rb1 injury and called offering a day 2 pick would you do it ? I think I do it, he’s not getting a 2nd contract and you might be better with Davis at rb1, Ty Johnson looks like he’s a capable #2.

My top concerns this year, safety and ability to pressure off the edges. This game provided very little information about safety but I feel a whole lot better about the pressure from the outside. 50 looks ready to explode this year but I’m really intrigued by Solomon, we may have struck gold here folks, he looks quick and powerful. Leads the nation in sacks at irrelevant Troy at 6’1” and because of those details is available to the first team lucky enough on day 3 to turn in the card.
