Yeah Goff will have a shot for sure, not sure he gets past Allen’s story this year… counted out lost his weapons, flipped the turnover narrative in its head and becomes the least intercepted QB in the league. Even with the 1 seed if Mahomes numbers remain pedestrian and he’s near the league lead in INTs, he’s not getting getting it ahead of Allen or Goff imho.

If Bills get the 2 seed behind KC and ahead of the Ravens and Allen’s numbers remain on the current trajectory with the fewest INTs in the league.. he’s getting his first MVP

Nobody is talking about the team achievements, Mahomes on another level is laughable. Nobody with a functioning prefrontal cortex would suggest that Aikman was on another level from Marino because of his achievements… you just have to use your eyes and watch them play the game of football. History will shake out the prisoner of the moment narratives and shine light on what is really happening.

And it never seems to be mentioned that Allen is putting up those historic playoff numbers with donkeys for offensive coordinators, a fence post for a head coach and some guys on offense, while Mahomes has Andy Reid drawing up plays that involves throwing to multiple HOF pass catchers. No matter the spin you want to put on it, Mahomes has had more team success for some obvious reasons, outplaying Allen isn’t one of them.
