Sad and depressing, but I think there’s some truth to what you’re saying. I’ll just say that it’s not a one size fits all approach anymore, for every kid who doesn’t respond to tough coaching there’s a kid who needs and responds to that same tough coaching. It seems to be a more difficult landscape to navigate in today’s NFL, but the newer(younger) coaches who eventually replace the old guard will be more equipped to work with the modern athletes imho.

I’m not sure how someone watches this clip and views it negatively, he admits he had some lessons to learn and seems to have come out the other end having gained valuable knowledge. I’m not sure how good he’ll end up being, but I’m not worried about his maturity or work ethic at this point, let’s see how year two plays out.

Can’t blame Mack for taking the Brinks truck load of cash… he may never lead a championship contender, 2 seed in TDs all the way to the title game ever again. I hope we can replace the production.

This man was gifted Josh Allen when Bean pulled the trigger on that trade and blessed him with4 years of elite production and SB contention. I commend Allen and the Bills staff for squeezing every drop out of this headache before he could no longer be held in check. Both trading for him and trading him away were excellent value for Buffalo.

Injury history is what would hold me back from making the move.

“Hates that he’s being first associated with being a victim”… this doesn’t seem the most obvious explanation for his turnabout. Why not just believe him and take him at his word ? He never felt it was bullying then and certainly not today as he looks to free his conscience. He wasn’t strong enough then to end any unwanted banter/hazing/abuse or whatever you want to call it, he wasn’t even strong even to tell his mother he wasn’t being bullied, it seems he reached a point in his life that he can stand on his own and speak for himself finally and good for him I’m glad he has. Incognito said things in a pro locker room that most people find horrible and that’s certainly true, Martin mishandled the situation in a fashion in which he now regrets and is now wanting to be truthful and honest, not because he doesn’t want to be seen as a victim but because he’s reached a point in his life that he can speak for himself as a full grown functioning man.

This is the impact Allen has, the ability to bring a grown man to tears simply by acknowledging his hard work. I don’t think there’s another QB in the NFL who leads and carries his organization with as much class and dignity as Josh Allen, he’s all in unlike any QB I’ve seen in the past.

Hurts was very good, but yeah the Philly pass rush was the MVP. I seen some people today saying that KC had Recievers open but Mahomes either didn’t have the time needed to find them or the rush was causing him to believe he had no time and making him bounce around the pocket with antsy feet.

Yeah I think you’re painting with a wide brush, but I’m guessing you know that lol. Allen is the main reason they’re good, there’s no doubt about that, coaching has hindered his legacy with these post season defensive performances by McDermott. McDermott isn’t going anywhere so none of these opposing opinions amount to a mound of sh*t.

They stopped changing regimes because they drafted 17 lol… had they not drafted him they would have continued on the regime change merry go round. Bills will be a contender as long as he’s healthy and playing, that’s why expectations have changed and it’s why not meeting those expectations brings questions as to what changes need to be made to go from contender to actually winning a championship. I don’t think I’ve seen a single person suggesting a change of HC guarantees a SB victory.

Ok if you want to ignore a 1st place vote because you disagree with the way the voter got there, it’s definitely your choice and understandable. I just put much less value(zero value) in any vote that isn’t a 1st place vote.

If management is happy being competitive every year then McDermott will be here for the duration of Allen’s career, and I believe that’s exactly the case. McDermott isn’t going anywhere, but I don’t think it’s ridiculous to suggest at some point the higher expectations demand a change at head coach. Pegula loves McDermott and he’s not going anywhere in my opinion.
