  1. Royal caught 33 balls. But he drops half of them, so (do some math, carry the 9), he had 66 balls thrown his way. Therefore, a pass catching TE is a huge need.
  2. Both sports are big in Buffalo. But the tailgating gives Buffalo football the edge.
  3. Yup. They'll tag Suggs and re-sign Lewis. Brown will be the odd man out and hopefully we'll be there to welcome him with open arms. Or Birk.
  4. I was watching that game live and I jumped up and yelled "holy schitt" when I saw Bryant catch that thing. He was diving and sideways, snagging it one-handed!
  5. Must be a Canadian thing then because I didn't get mine until March up here in the Great White North!
  6. Number 2 was one of the best catches EVER.
  7. I voted Montana.
  8. Crabtree is the top overall prospect and is going to be a star. 99% of mocks have him going to Seattle at number 4. And that's a s far as he will "fall". I wouldn't be surprised if the Rams pulled the trigger on him at number 2, actually.
  9. I'm gonna hold you to that. I still think Hardy can be a star in this league.
  10. Scratch what I said. Last year mine came at the end of March. But I got my renewal email today. Maybe they want the cash early to sign a big name FA (hey, a man can dream can't he).
  11. Depends if Hardy is on the 53 man roster or on the physically unable to perform list. Heck, the Bills might IR him, Crowell-style.
  12. I got that email today too. I'm still not in the mood to be giving money to the Bills. The Jauron debacle has really soured me. I'll pay up anyways because I still love my Bills.
  13. Terrible, shocking news. My prayers and condolences go to the victims and their families and friends.
  14. I'm with ya. I don't think we need any WR help. We need TE help. Although I wouldn't be opposed if we brought in a veteran WR on a one-year deal to help push Reed and Johnson in camp, as well as fill out the roster while Hardy recovers.
  15. It'll take a lot to get Boldin. Arizona has leverage, they're not just going to trade him for nothing. Unless the Giants, Eagles or Dolphins put together a sweet package, I'm banking on Boldin staying in Arizona. This is the same scenario as last year with Chad. He wanted out, still had years left on his deal and Cincy didn't tolerate it. Although the Skins did offer two firsts for him and Cincy said no. Imagine what it'll cost to get Boldin.
  16. Bingo. He was the heir apparent to Rice and Brown in Oakland, then he became a baby and a malcontent who never produced.
  17. "We appreciate that the economy and our disappointing finish last year will test that loyalty." That sentence really jumped off the page at me.
  18. I wouldn't mind seeing him in Bills blue. He's still servicable and is a team player. He also has played both OLB and ILB, so you have to like that versatility.
  19. I don't find this offensive because it's true. He's calling a spade a spade.
  20. lol, "FRAFT".
  21. Renewals don't come until March/April.
  22. I like your post. One thing I would like to add is that we have two great RBs. And yet we under-use them. We need to find our offensive identity and it clearly is our run game. We need to be a run first offense that runs to set up the pass. By playing to our strengths we will have the most success. Saying QB is our problem is an incorrect statement. I feel our offense as a whole is the problem. Our OC needs to be a better play caller. We have turned away from the run attack when it was working in games. If we can come out and run well these four things happen: 1. Long, sustained, drives that eat clock. 2. Defenses getting tired and worn out, making running AND passing easier. 3. A successful run game means teams are cheating up which opens up deep passes and more single coverage. 4. Play action passes become an option.
  23. What happens is you can renew them come end of March, start of April. You pay up and you're good. But if you want to relocate, you have to pay up for your original tix, then wait for your seniority date and call in then.
  24. Anderson is not very good. Even when he had that big pro bowl year two years ago he still had a high number on INTs. And he's a career 50% passer. Super low completion percentage. Just say no to Derek Anderson.
