  1. It probably has something to do with the fact that we are pursuing a WR in Coles. And whether or not we'd take Crabtree if he falls to us at 11.
  2. Total speculation in that article. And by one guy who isn't well known at all. That said, I'd give up a 2nd for Justin Tuck, no prob.
  3. Well we did go 0-6 against them.
  4. I re-upped my season's tickets last night after sleeping on the onvoice for a week. I love my Bills but haven't been this down on them in years. Seeing how I just gave the Bills $1,100 ( )I would like them to got out and sign somebody, Brooks or June for OLB. Trade for Waters, Scheffler, whatever. Sign Coles. Do something! I need a reason to get excited.
  5. lol, I just paid my invoice last night.
  6. You can't seriously be considering banking on the guy who was a late round pick and blew his knee out, never playing a game his rookie year, to take over the starting OLB spot. The guy was a tackling machine, for sure, but I really only envisioned him as a ST star, and maybe a contributor on D in the future. That said, the FA market is far better at OLB than at DE, TE or C. Hopefully we bring a guy in at OLB and then draft DE, TE and C. Mind you, if Raji is there, you take him. Same goes for Crabtree.
  7. Do you mean that in a good way or a bad way? I don't think the Bills could pass on Crabtree if he is there at 11. No way do you pass on an elite prospect like that. But I don't think Oakland will pass on him anyway.
  8. What is there to hear? He's counting $6M against Dallas' cap and they don't want him. They will release him anyway so why bother giving up a pick, even if it's a low one.
  9. I disagree. Randy was only a locker room cancer in Oakland and that was because they were terrible, had no QB and never got him the ball, breaking his streak of 1,000 yard seasons. Corey Dillon and Randy Moss came to the Pats as malcontents because they were jaded by the losing of their former teams. Ray is just irritating and is too flamboyant for Bill. He's not a malcontent, I just don't see Ray's personaility and demeanor meshing with Bill and the Pats D. Just my opinion but I think Ray is "too much" for Bill.
  10. They may try it out in camp but I think they have Chambers to play either tackle spot in case of injury or if Peters needs to take a nap. I expect the Bills to draft either a center or a guard and then have Harngartner play whichever spot they don't draft.
  11. I'm not completely sold on any of the DEs. But Maybin is very intriguing and has a lot of upside. I want him to play DE, not OLB. Perry Fewell talked about a situational rusher. I'm thinkin Maybin could come in and rush on passing downs in place of Kelsay as a rookie until he puts on more weight and gains experience. Plus, with him being a Penn State guy you know he'd be loved in Buffalo.
  12. Drafting and signing is hit and miss in general. I do think he should be canned but our problem lies in the fact that we have this 4-person inner circle making decisions. You need to have one man, a GM, call the shots without interference and not having to answer to anyone.
  13. Youboty looked good at the nickel spot. He was outplaying all our DBs at the start of the year, making some big tackles in the open field. I really do think the light went on for him. But Corner played well too and I'm hoping he continues his development. I think McKelvin is gonna be a pro bowler by next year, maybe this year. I was hoping Greer would re-sign, but not for the $8M per he wants. Then we could shop McGee or keep him for his final year.
  14. I don't believe it.
  15. Mike Brown maybe. Put him at FS and keep Whitner at SS.
  16. He's no spring chicken but we do need a pass rusher. He knows the AFC East and I'm sure he'd love to stick it to Parcells twice a year after he ran him outta town.
  17. Marshall had all the talent in the world. But he's a moron. I don't want a guy who's going to be suspended for half the season anyway. I've got enough stress with Marshawn getting arrested.
  18. Sorry dude, my sarcasm was a byproduct of my disappointment with the Bills FO and not a shot at you. I'm just itching for something to get me excited about the Bills this year. I haven't been this down on them in years.
  19. I heard on NFLN the other night that the Browns would shop Edwards.
  20. Coles is waiting to see what TJ gets. Once TJ signs somewhere some of the teams who were courting him may turn to Coles as their plan b. Then the bidding war will be on. Coles knows this and will get max money for his services.
  21. Tory Holt can still play. I would rather have him than Coles, actually. Holt is still great and would be an awesome possession receiver opposite Evans.
  22. lol, I think Jabari is going to wind up visiting all 32 teams when it's all said and done. He has grossly over-estimated his value.
