  1. Geez. How many rules are they going to change based on things that happen to Tom Brady?
  2. I believe it, that Waters is available, but with him still being a pro bowl player and at a reasonable salary, KC will want quite a bit for him. I don't forsee them tradind him just he because he wants out unless the Chiefs get an offer they like. The Bills need to explore a trade for Waters on a very serious level. They also need to get the Scheffler deal done too.
  3. All true, I couldn't agree more. But the biggest problem for me is that there are no "fun-to-watch" fighters in the Heavyweight Division. It's just not exciting any more. Iron Mike in the mid-80's to mid-90's was a lot of fun to watch for me. The Heavyweight Division got dull for me after Lennox Lewis' reign was ended when he retired.
  4. Nothing against Pettigrew, but I hope we land Scheffler so we can focus our picks one DE, OLB, LG, and C.
  5. lol, you're right, he is screwed. Wow.
  6. While I don't like the pessimistic nature of the thread, Belichik basically has FIVE MONTHS to gameplan for this game.
  7. Lindy's are always great reads. I always get their Season Preview issue. In-depth stuff that is quality. Problem with their pre-draft mags is that they aren't web sites, in that they can't be updated frequently to reflect the ever-changing status of draft picks and free agent signings. Still, you can't ever go wrong with Lindy's, IMO.
  8. Noooooo! We don't get any of those untradable 6th rounders? Darnit.
  9. I remember hearing something like this. And that some Bills players are known/believed to have residences in Toronto due to its big-city status and lively nightlife while still remaining close to Buffalo.
  10. It's in Foxboro? Dammit!
  11. I just heard! This is awesome. I hope it's in Buffalo, though.
  12. We sorely need both a TE and a DE. Not to mention a OG and an OLB.
  13. While you'd like to see him there, getting to know his teammates, his absence doesn't bother me. The guy is always in top shape and takes great care of himself. He's a savvy veteran who knows the game and always produces.
  14. True that. The Raiders have to be the one team I wouldn't want to play for. Insane owner who meddles too much and fires coaches every 12 months. No one can succeed if they have to learn a new system each year.
  15. True that. I think just a third should suffice. I hope that's all it is. Knowing we at least made an offer for TG last year, I'm confident the Bills will bring this guy in. Unless of course Bus Cook was in town just to hang with Moulds at the Sundowner like Lori speculated, lol.
  16. It's unknown who it is, but the speculation is that it's among Stafford, Smith, Monroe, and Curry. It also says that the Lions may just sign whichever agrees to the smallest contract. lol, frugal! And I agree with the bulletin in that it all but rules out Stafford because he'll obviously want more than the $72M Ryan got last year. Unless the Lions brass are sold on him, which I doubt. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/HeadLines...L&hl=141545
  17. It seems like this makes too much sense. Denver is shopping a good TE who's a pass catcher and who still has upside while we have an obvious need at TE. Not only that, but aquiring Scheffler would allow us to use our picks to address our other numerous needs. Why isn't this deal done yet? I wonder if Denver is holding out for something like a 2nd and a 5th like the G-Men got for Shockey.
  18. I heard Percy Harvin scored a 12!
  19. We need him there because he's one of the main voices of small market teams. Hope he's okay, sounds like he maybe fell or something.
  20. I don't see how they can have the draft in February. With the Bowl season ending in January, how can they have the Combine and the workouts? I think it'd be too rushed. Maybe they could have it in March, but I like it the way it is.
  21. Most of the videos have been removed.
  22. I know there's always improvements to be made/explored, but why doesn't the NFL just accept the fact that they have a great game and a great thinig going and not mess with it. Leave it be! They should all just focus on the new CBA and keeping the friggin salary cap, while curbing rookie salaries.
  23. The weeks leading up to camp are awful! The draft's over and basically so is free agency. You're sort of left in limbo until the rookie camps and such start. But once camp hits then it's exciting as you gear up for the season. Of course the Peters thing is still the elephant in the room and may very well hang around into camp, so there'll be that to keep us occupied and irritated.
