  1. I'm liking this. Seems a little high for a center though. I'd rather us grab a LB in round two and wait a little later until to grab a center or guard.
  2. That's one of my favourite things about Lynch. He seems to embrace Buffalo and enjoy being there and helping out the community. Great stuff.
  3. Sorry folks, I hate JP and that's it. Too many near-death experiences. He gave me an ulcer, depression and an almost-heart attack. I'm seeing a shrink, lol.
  4. Justice was the one who gave up all those sacks when the Giants sacked McNabb like 8 times. Osi had like 6 or something IIRC. It was insane.
  5. Yeah. And all the DEs seem to have some question marks for one reason or another. There really is no true blue-chipper, no true number one DE. Ayers is my favourite of the DEs, but we may be able to land him in round two. Makes you wonder what the Bills are thinking. Curry and Raji figure to be gone by 11. Will they reach for a LB or TE? Maybe they will go DE after all. They most be hoping for a trade down. Picking a LT seems a logical choice, depending on how the Peters situation ends. There's value and a need with LT at 11. Smith or Oher maybe. It's really hard to say what will happen.
  6. Definately! He's getting bad advice as it is. He should show up and work hard, the Bills will be impressed if he shows he's fully committed to being the best he can be and that he wants to be a part of the Bills organization. I don't know why he thinks staying at home, not talking to anyone while asking for huge dollars despite having no leverage will work. His a-hole approach isn't working, doesn't he see that? Maybe he wants outta Buffalo all together.
  7. Cool! Thanks for posting. You shoulda asked him when he's gonna resign. Good to see he's moving around and doing his due dilligence on potential draft picks. His comments on Ellis and the speculation from buffalorumblings.com is leading me to believe that the Bills may not be considering DE in round one. Maybe they really are content with Schobel, Kelsay, Denney, and Ellis. They do have a lot of money tied up in DEs. I'm exciting as hell about Johnson and Bell too. This whole offseason is really gonna hinge on what happend with Peters. I'm eager for this to unfold so we can deal with it and put it behind us. Anyways, thanks again for sharing that.
  8. You do realize he's not avaiable in this year's draft, right?
  9. Keeps the big guy happy. I'm cool with it, he is 30 but he played well and is a great player at an important position. Hope Peters takes a page out of Stroud's book. Make your desire for a pay raise known, but bust your ass and show you deserve it too. Have a good attitude about and you'll be rewarded.
  10. For similar to what the Broncos got for Cutler? Sweet. Lets do it.
  11. We're not being coy, they Bills want to keep him. And was this Peters thread really necessary?
  12. I don't know what to make of this, but I do know I want Peters in Buffalo.
  13. What an idiot. Some of these guys shouldn't be allowed to have money.
  14. Hasn't even played a down in Tampa and Rosenhaus lands him that? Wow.
  15. Yeah, I agree with all you said. When he was asked who stood to benefit most from TO, I expected to hear Trent's name. It was refreshing to hear that! He knows what we all do, that Lee is an elite receiver but he hasn't had anyone who even poses a marginal threat opposite him. Until now. Defenses always key in on him hard and constantly roll coverage to his side, he's always blanketed. Now they have to account for Owens too. And he's 100% right, the Peters situation is far and away are biggest problem. Tim is spot on with his Bills analysis and knows exactly what he's talking about. And he even mingles with us lowly commoners to get the fan perspective. He's a blessing to TSW and the Bills.
  16. If Raji's there at 11, we take him. Period. The only way we pass on him is if Curry is also available. Raji next to Stroud would be great. Plus, Stroud's 30 and doesn't necessarily have many good years left. Finding a good DT to play next to him and ultimately replace him, should start now.
  17. This is a terrible thread. Vick to Bills? Phuck off, phuck right off. Pardon my language, but please.
  18. I honestly don't blame him for sitting out. He's 28 and played hard and well. But he knows he only has a few years of football in him at that age and he just wants to get a nice payday to take care of himself and his family for life after football.
  19. Here's hoping.
  20. Didn't see it posted here and it was only posted on espn.com today, so http://myespn.go.com/blogs/afceast/0-7-22/...ft-preview.html Enjoy! Nothing new, but board fav Tim Graham touches on Owens, Evans, Lynch, and Peters. Nice vid. Dead on Bills analysis here.
  21. I'd much rather prefer we keep Peters. I really hope that they can close the gap. I know players don't like incentives, but I think Buffalo would be more inclined to give him a huge deal if it contains incentive clauses like playing time/starts, workout bonuses, low sacks allowed totals, and pro bowl berths.
  22. Paparazzi are brutal. Just leave them be. I couldn't handle being famous.
  23. Ouch. That's harsh. I felt the end zone tackle was the turning point in that game, though, and I think many would agree. It's not easy to emerge as a player when you're constantly moved around. The guy played SS, FS and CB last year. He's a leader, he plays hard, he has great character, and he actually likes Buffalo. And it's Terrence, not Terrance.
