  1. The Pats are gonna destroy us. Our offense is so incredibly inept, we barely beat KC despite picking off Cassel four times. You think Brady will throw that many? Brady and Moss are going to have a comeback game and hammer us.
  2. Any good run starts with a good block. There has never been a good run in the history of the NFL that didn't involve at least one good block. Jackson is the better back but Lynch is good and we need him.
  3. I don't know what's more ridiculous, that he's on the ballot or that it's at the wrong position. Probably the former.
  4. I must say, losing Polamalu really hurt them.
  5. Yes, unlimited potential. He needed one more year of college seasoning, he played only two years of college ball, one year as a starter. He had 12 sacks at Penn State in '08. All American, All Big Ten. He's 6'4" with the frame to bulk up and add lbs. Everyone knew he was a project player who wouldn't have an immediate impact and would need time to develop. Like I said, I wanted Orakpo, who was a senior and more "NFL ready." But you'd be insane to give up on Maybin already.
  6. I always hated the idea of trading Lynch. You need two good backs in this league. We just need to find a way to utilize them both to crush opposing defenses.
  7. Evans is an extraordinary talent who's played with no good QB. His contract is actually quite manageable.
  8. What do the Bills a Steelers have in common? (Besides being blue-collar) They're both the only teams to lose to the Browns this year. What is happening to this team? There have been injuries but this is shocking to see, especially after they took home the Lombardi last year.
  9. I wanted Orakpo over Maybin. But let's get two things straight: Maybin plays DE, Orakpo plays OLB. Maybin plays sparingly, Orakpo is a starter. Hardly a fair comparison. Maybin also missed Training Camp. DE is one of the hardest positions to learn in the NFL and Maybin is quite raw but has unlimited potential. He's very talented and once he gains size and experience, as well as adding a few pass rush moves to his repetoire, he'll be a force. Remember when everyone lambasted Casserly and the Texans for taking Williams over Bush and Young? Let's give Maybin a chance.
  10. The guy is a playmaker and a difference maker. He's exciting to watch.
  11. Bills 2010 Positional Needs: 1. QB 2. LT 3. OLB 4. DT 5. DE
  12. Anybody else think Fitzpatrick's throwing motion looks weird?
  13. Wow. Great job Aaron.
  14. That was weak too. Not as weak as this thread, but still weak.
  15. I know. I'm saying maybe they should become mandatory.
  16. This certainly has been the injury of the year. I don't know what it is but it seems like so many guys are suddenly getting concussed. Are we just getting better at diagnosing it? Are guys no longer playing hurt? It's a serious problem, one that the NFL will have to take a good, long, hard look at this offseason. They'll have to implement a policy on how long you must sit before playing again after a concussion. Perhaps those special helmets and mouthguards that reduce likelihood of concussions should be mandatory.
  17. Cap'n Checkdown?
  18. We never should've let Winfield or Fletcher leave.
  19. "There's a rumor making the rounds that a wink-nod-sneeze-fart arrangement has been made to ensure that Tebow will be on the board when the Jags pick in round one -- and that no one will trade up to get in position to draft him." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...is-a-done-deal/ Can you believe this ridiculousness?
