  1. Well now you're being a bit ridiculous. Wishful thinking on your part. Four year deals across the board seems about right.
  2. I'm disgusted at this. So ridiculous. We need a rookie cap in the worst kind of way.
  3. There certainly seems to be a collective TBD man crush on him, lol.
  4. How can you not love this guy? You're gonna be seeing a lot of people wearing number 70 in the stands this year. He has got to be the fan favourite right now.
  5. He's 6'4" 250lbs. I'm not calling him a bust just yet.
  6. He's 22 and super raw. He was drafted as a project player based on his potential and upside. He wasn't supposed to be an immediate contributor. I just hope he works hard, has a good attitude and learns as much as he can from Bob Sanders. As hard as it is, we have to be patient with him.
  7. Now we can put this Adams talk to rest. We need tackles but not him.
  8. http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast He went down in a pile-up in practice.... and didn't feel a thing. In fact, it felt good! He's back! Getting the first hit over with is a huge milestone when coming back from injury. Now he knows he's good to go, and so do we. Great sign, great progress. I'm glad he's back. Between him and Levitre, that's an awesome interior line that will be great for the next decade. Welcome back Eric!
  9. I was delighted to see this. Shouldn't be long get Spiller signed. Shouldn't, being the operative word there. We need to get him into camp ASAP!
  10. Because I must be out of my God damn mind. I think it's a sickness. There's something wrong with all of us. We're a loyal, passionate bunch who love football. That's all it is.
  11. I think Whitner will finally emerge. He'll finally get to settle into one position and play there full-time. And playing alongside Byrd is a huge plus.
  12. I was sad to hear this. Coach Cowher is a great man who I have a lot of respect for. God bless.
  13. For me, nothing is more exciting than watching a punt or kickoff return for a touchdown. Love seeing someone take it the distance, bobbing and weaving through traffic while his teammates throw great blocks.
  14. Evans, Spiller and Levitre should have righer rankings.
  15. Always liked Harris. Instinctive and a hard hitter. I wondered why he never saw the field more his rookie season.
  16. You're supposed to break 90 degrees. Ass to the grass is the proper term. It's not a squat unless you break parallel. Proper form, stance and movement is how you stay injury free. You also can't bite off more than you can chew and lift a reasonable weight. Powerlifters know the consequences. They wear lifting suits and have knee wraps. The rep doesn't count at a contest unless you break parallel.
  17. Great post and thanks for the link. Club Jauron is over. I love that. As an avid weight lifter, I can tell you that squats are the king of all exercises. Nothing builds strength and mass better. I'm glad they have two S&C coaches in there making sure these guys work. The results should be obvious. You will see fewer injuries and a better conditioned team that can put away teams when it counts in the 4th quarter.
  18. I hope we're not. There's a reason why he was released. And there's a reason why he's still a FA.
  19. Don't forget the coupon that was inside! But I'd trade all that crap for a playoff season.
  20. Cool! Thanks for sharing.
  21. Maybe he can do something with Trent. He's the most talented QB on the roster IMO. Not that that's saying much.
  22. It'd be nice to know soon.
  23. Not to mention no pass rush. Lol, five seconds.
  24. Didn't see this posted. ESPN insider rumors. Don't have insider, anybody care to share? Jammal Brown an option for us? http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/features/ru...atures%2frumors
