There are three sides of the ball. ST is important. But I don't think we're just drafting STers for all of day two. The guys who get drafted later are guys who play less glamorous positions, lack something (size, speed, ect.), are tweeners with no true position yet. We filled our two biggest needs, while adding a good DE which was a need also. Guys who are drafted rounds 4 through 7 usually don't become starters, which is why the play special teams. I mean no offence, but this is a silly post.

I love this draft. It's got me pumped for the season to start. I know some are upset that we didn't go TE earlier, that we took a second corner, and that we didn't go O-Line. But you know what? There's 22 starting positions on a team, you can't hit all the positions with picks. Besides, the Bills covered their two biggest needs with their first two picks, and are filling out the rest of the roster with good value picks while keeping in mind the other lesser needs we have. Great draft!

You're right. But that's why we're fans and not GMs. You have to take it with a grain of salt, for what it's worth. We just want our team to be good.

While I do want us to draft one of these guys, preferrably Schmitt, I would until round 7 at this point.

He is small, kinda slow. But I like this pick because it adds depth at LB, which we need, and I think he will contribute on ST.

They need WR. The tried to trade for both Johnson and Boldin. I just can't believe that the Skins took two WRs in the same round. The landed Thomas and Kelly, two of the guys we've talked a lot about on here. Just a crazy draft day in general.

Our work is not done yet, but we're off to a great start.

Love the pick, just love it. This is the guy I wanted all along. I wanted us to pick him with 11. He's a MORE athletic version of Plaxico Burress. The guy is 6'5 220lbs and ran a 4.5. He played basketball so you know he can jump and has ball skills. He was a friggin steal at 41. I can't believe he was there. Brandon is looking like a genius.

Wow. Could it really have gone any better? Here are some statements I have regarding today's events. 1. Russ Brandon is the right guy to steer the Bills ship. 2. He did a great job addressing our needs AND getting great value. 3. We got the best CB in the draft. 4. We got the best WR in the draft, IMO, in the second round. 5. We didn't have to trade up for him either. This was amazing. I wanted us to draft him in round one. 6. I'm surprised we didn't trade down, but it turned out for the best. 7. Our starting Offence looks good. Evans on one side, Hardy on the other, Parrish in the slot, Lynch in the backfield, and Edwards under center. 8. I am so friggin pumped about this day, this draft, this upcoming season. Man oh man, what a great day, I'm just ecstatic about this. We filled our top two needs with fantastic talents. This is just great. I wanted Hardy all along, and am so glad we didn't take DRC. I can't believe McKelvin was there for us. Such a great day, I can't stop saying it, but man was this a dream draft for me.

This draft is incredible. EXACTLY what we needed. Perfect draft so far.
