  1. Thank you. That's exactly what my intentions were all along. We don't all make big bucks, so if we have a chance to get some money back, why not? I would never sell my original two tix. I wanna go to every Bills game there is until I die!
  2. Ok. This is getting wierd. I certainly never intended to offend you. I just saw it as a smart business oppportunity, and when you consider the money I get back wouldn't that be an investment yielding a return?
  3. Haha! Would you settle for me offering to take the heat for him?
  4. Dear Commissioner Goodell, All I want for X-mas is for you not to suspend Lynch. He made a mistake, got scared and left the scene, no biggie, the girl is ok. Briggs crashed his Lambo and fled and you didn't suspend him, so you can't suspend Lynch. Please, we need him... big time. We might get off the playoff schnide this year, don't take that away from us. Sincerely, One Extremely Terrified Bills Fan. Anybody else wanna sign my petition?
  5. Yes, I did wait 2.5 hours, had an ear-piece connected to the cell, made it easy to do stuff while waiting. I'm going to the game, keeping my two tix, I'm just selling the four I bought. You'd be stupid not to. It's called, "seizing the opportunity," taking advantage of my early buying power as a season ticket holder, and make a little money off it. Why wouldn't you!
  6. No rubbing it in, especially for that dude who was super-pissed about it in his rant post. Sorry bro, that must of been frustrating. I almost gave up but stuck in there and it was worth it. I waited on hold for two and a half hours before I got through! Guy said they were insanely busy there. I got four tickets, Section 317, Row 25. That's on top of my usual two seats in Section 332, Row 10. I can't wait to "flip 'em", I've never done anything like this before. Can anybody out there ballpark me an estimate on what I should be able to fetch for those four? Thanks in advance.
  7. I stand by my statement. Kelly was so good, he made everyone a lot better.
  8. Nice. Good stuff, thanks bro.
  9. Polian is a great football mind. He knows how to build 'em. But for the record, Jim Kelly MADE Andre Reed.
  10. No kidding. We need this guy... bad.
  11. Wow. So much hate. LOL. This mag covers all teams equally. It's a great read. I read it last year and this year. "Lindy's" is the name of the mag, just like "Sports Illustrated." Geniuses!
  12. I've read this mag the last two years and love it. They give in depth analysis on each team, review the draft, preview the next draft, make the season's predictions, have fantasty league stuff, general articles on football, and feature some cheerleaders along the way. I always find it a fantastic and thorough read. Great stuff. Among the Buffalo Bills highlights inside are the following: 1. We finish second in the AFC East. 2. We make the Playoffs as a Wild Card. 3. Edwards will make progress. 4. Lynch will rush for 1,400 yards. 5. Evans will have a big year. 6. McKelvin will start and contribute right away. 7. Peters is elite at the LT spot. 8. Butler is a rising star at RG and will have a good year. 9. We will have one of the better running games this year. 10. We will have one of the better O-Lines this year. 11. We will have one of the better D-Lines this year. 12. Stroud's addition was solid. 13. Ellis will be a starter at DE sooner rather than later. 14. Whitner will have a breakout season. 15. We will have one of the better Linebacking units. 16. We will have one of the better Secondarys too. To sum up, they like our rookies, our running game, and our D should be good. I know that's a lot, but they seem to think we have the pieces in place to have a great year. Lets hope they're right.
  13. Wait a minute. Are you actually saying our team's real-world success is contingent on how a videogame rates our players? Are you insane? These are no more than predictions like anything else.
  14. Henry was great in Buffalo. Tough and a hard runner with a ton of heart. Made a pro bowl. One of my fondest Bills memories was when we were playing the Bungals a few years ago, OT, and Henry ran for the winning score with a broken rib and he just kept running after he got in the endzone straight off the field to get looked at by a doctor. The Bills shafted him taking McGahee then giving his job to McGahee. But the seven kids from seven moms is pretty hilarious. To me at least.
  15. I get the whole "he's only two years into a five year deal", but in only his first full season at LT he made the Pro Bowl and is regarded as one of the best LTs already. Right now it's just his athletic ability that is carrying him, once he gets more experience and learns the nuances of the position he's gonna be an absolute monster. He's just looking around at other top LTs and the obscene contracts they get, he just wants a piece of the pie. I still think Buffalo should pay him, but the Bills are definately at an advantage because they have him locked up for three more years. And yes, it's true you don't wanna set a precedent by giving him a huge deal while in the middle of a contract, setting the table for other vets to gripe for money (see Chad Johnson and Brian Urlacher). I just keeping looking at how good he is, how much better he's gonna get, how young he is, how important the position is, and that he's not a character concern.
  16. Good. It's ridiculous to me. LT is just so darn important and so hard a position to fill with a star. We have one. Get 'er done, right? LOL.
  17. No. Nobody does a CB rotation. McGee is entrenched at CB. Greer played really well last year and will be the starter in camp, nut McKelvin will probably beat him out in camp, if not then early in the season. McKelvin is ready to play now. We are deep at CB now, camp will be a battle of corners, with Will James, Youboty, and Corner in the mix too. But my best guess would be McKelvin and McGee as the starters, while Greer or James pull nickel duty.
  18. Ok, I know this is not new news, but the lack of Bills things to talk about is getting to me, so here goes. This guy is the only person not at the OTAs, not good. While he hasn't been vocal about his contract situation, his absence sends a loud message. Peters started as a long shot to make the team, contributed on STs and spot duty at TE, then he made a switch to learn LT. Wow. That can't be easy now huh? McNally coached this guy into a beast. The young man was regarded as an up and comer at LT in '06 and then last year he emerged and made the Pro Bowl. You need not look too hard to realize that LT is one of the most premium positions in the entire NFL. Look at how many teams draft these guys so high. After QB, LT is the most important position in football. Peters is an elite LT and already a Pro Bowler, and he's only 26, let me repeat that, hes ONLY 26 AND ALREADY AN ELITE PRO BOWLER!!! Just give him a six-year extension, $30 million guaranteed and not have to worry about the LT position for the next ten years. You need this guy on your line, protecting Trent's blind side. Buffalo struck gold with Jason, he did all they asked and is now a star, so pay up, geez. I know we gotta sign Evans and Crowell, but we need to get this Peters distraction out of the way. He has a right to be pissed. LT is too important a position and Peters is too good a player to not do this. C'mon!
  19. Go Bills! I love 'em too.
  20. Absolutely. He's earned it. He worked his tail off and made himself into a pro bowl left tackle. That's the most important position on offence after quarterback. And he's only 26. Why not pay up, give him $30 million guaranteed, keep him happy, and shore up that position with a pro bowl talent for the next eight years. He has a right to want a new contract, he's young and has earned it. 'Nuff said.
  21. Your post is a breath of fresh air. I too am extremely optimistic about the upcoming season. We made godd moves, the right moves, and are really moving forward as a team. The Bills still playing come January is a very realistic possibility for us, especially if we stay healthy and Trent takes the next step.
  22. Did he ride the sybian? Just kidding. Bad joke.
  23. Welcome to the club. Being a Season Ticket Holder is awesome, it's the best investment I've made to date.
  24. Good question. There's a couple of guys I miss. London Fletcher, Pat Williams, Antoine Winfield, and Nate Clements. But at the end of the day its gotta be Pat, they never should of let him him go. Our Run-D went from best to worst when he left. He was an underappreciated anchor.
