  1. That D was so in sync, except for when Burleson got retardely open, you can't help but see the affect Stroud had on that entire unit. He garnered a lot of attention and allowed the rest of the line to rush with ease. Puz must be in love with him too.
  2. While they did play well yesterday, it is hard to base an argument on one game. As soon as Peters is in good shape and has the offence under his belt he should immediately be inserted into the lineup, sending Walker back to the right side and feeling good knowing Chambers is a capable backup. Peters is a freak athlete and we need him.
  3. The SBs and last year's statistical output guarantee him a first ballot entry.
  4. It was a great play. He just cut in front of the pass and snagged that one. Beautiful. All hands. I voted.
  5. When the news came across the Ralph yesterday, everyone cheered. Seriously. Because the reality is that this division is wide open now, and if we win it, we get a home playoff game!
  6. McKelvin was on the field early on for a very few snaps, but didn't contribute statistically.
  7. Well, in a literal sense, yes. But I hope you know what I'm meant.
  8. Hey! We are the 12th man. It is important we cheer our boys on. Back when Kelly was taking us to SuperBowls, nobody sat during games. That game yesterday was too exciting to spend it sitting down. Honestly, everyone should stand on 3rd down when we're on Defence. C'mon!
  9. I was there and I can say for sure that nothing changed. It's Buffalo man, you can't take it away from the fans. They just wanna have beers and watch some football. Bottom line: They love their Bills.
  10. He was barely in there. But they're keeping his role small until he has a better handle on theplaybook. He'll be starting by mid season, I predict.
  11. It all starts with Stroud. If those two Jags Gs are hurt, his life got even easier. I really do think he's playing hungry and with a chip on his shoulder. He was a beast yesterday and if he plays that way in Jax, then look out. He made everyone better.
  12. I think Merriman left the game, at least for a little bit. Man he's dumb for not having surgery.
  13. It was pretty loud. I think the rain hampered some of the people down. I was the only guy in my section who stood most of the time.
  14. Nothing personal, just an honest observation, but you are the most sarcastic and cynical person on these boards. But your avatar is cool.
  15. Yeah but we're awesome.
  16. Um, it usually does. For example, in Week 1 there were 16 games. And of those 16 games, 13 of the 16 winners also won the TOP battle. And the three that didn't only lost it by 4 minutes or less.
  17. That certainly won't get old. I love hearing it.
  18. I couldn't agree with you more. Stroud makes everyone on that defence better. It's an incredible affect. But today, we were so good all over that it truly was a team effort and a team win.
  19. While we don't have a full-blown superstar CB a-la Bailey, I think we are very balanced and deep at the position. Youboty can only improve. He's only 24. And I must admit I was in that group that wanted him to get the boot. I was mad that he failed to emerge last year. I'm glad the Bills exercised patience with him.
  20. Not yet. I still wanna give him a chance. He showed flashes of brilliance last year. We invested a first round pick in him. I really wanted to see him work next to Stroud. I'm disappointed he didn't play. Nothing against Johnson and Williams though, they played well.
  21. A lot of people were saying the Browns were gonna be good. I picked them as my team most likely to flop. I believe they'll crack under the pressure. The Steelers looked really good too, which gives them more trouble. Their secondary is weak and their D in general isn't all that great either. The offence, while explosive, features an aging RB and an inconsistent QB. But it's only week one, and the lost to a very good team. The Jets don't scare me. They beat a bad team that was 1 and 15 last year. But agaon, we have to employ a wait and see approach before we can really start drawing conclusions.
