  1. Good stuff. Thanks.
  2. I can't be the only one who fins this funny. Can I?
  3. Poor San Fran. $50 million down the toilet.
  4. Does anybody know Pollard's address? He's just been added to my Christmas card list.
  5. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ricky was a beast, running for 1,800 yards. Sadly, Ricky has a social disorder. And he also couldn't stop smoking pot. VY is just being a baby. He got booed, his leg will heal up fast and he'll be back on the field soon. His team has a good run game and good D, they just need him to not make mistakes. He's a talented guy and just needs to be patient and work hard.
  6. I don't know about you guys, but I still remember sitting there at the Ralph while New England went for it on fourth down, despite being up by 40 points. I don't feel sorry, I don't feel bad.
  7. "He's probably feeling pretty good about going up against a patchwork group," Don't worry guys, I've already begun penning David Garrard's eulogy. Go Bills!
  8. C'mon. It doesn't snow everyday. You're not a panzy are you ? The snow's good for ya, builds character, lol.
  9. Wow. There must be an age requiremnt over there. Ages 15 and under. That is some vulgar stuff. At least be tasteful.
  10. I don't mind our underdog status, but once we hit 5 and 0 entering our bye, maybe we'll get some respect.
  11. This is based on last year. And BTW, were the Jags this banged up? No. This is just more anti-Bills propaganda.
  12. I don't know what "body type" you have, but I'm 6'1" and 235lbs, but I'm more of a mesomorph, as I lift weights rigorously and have wide shoulders/back with a smaller waist. I wear an XL and it fits good and comfortable, and it's still big enough to put over a large jacket/parka. If I was you, I'd go with XL, LG might not cut it.
  13. Domes are for panzies . I don't mind being outside at the Ralph in December. Yeah, it's cold, but you can bear it if your know how to dress/prepare. And I think the Super Bowl should fairly alternate among all of the teams' stadiums. It is ridiculous and not fair that only warm weather and dome teams get the big game. Teams have to play outdoors in the cold during the regular season and playoffs. And what, suddenly because it's the SB we have to play somewhere "nice" ? Eff that. It's BS and the NFL knows it.
  14. I expect Garrard to be laying on the turf all day. If we can get out to an early lead, the Jags may be forced to abandon their running game, which is their strength, in order to play catch up. That said, I think the key to the game will be, can we: a) put up some points quickly to get out to an early lead and; b) stop the run, forcing the Jags into 3rd and long passing situations and playing from behind. Our ST should allow us to have great field position and give the Jags poor field position. I also expect our Offence to use short, quick strikes in the pass game, setting up bigger throws, as well as a healthy does of Lynch to wear them out. I'll be looking to see Hardy get in the game, at least when red zone scoring opportunites arise.
  15. After week one's performance, that's right about where we belong until proven otherwise. We utterly destroyed the four-time division champs. I don't care how many hurt guys they had. Try having a third of your roster on IR like we did last year, and have some real problems.
  16. Power rankings shouldn't be based on how a team did last year or what you expect from them. It should be based on the season alone. And after week 1 we belong up there after the way we dominated Seattle. Top teams that lost like Indy and SD belong further down. Once they start winning they can go back up.
  17. The Jets drafted a C in the first round, in Nick Mangold only a couple years ago.
  18. We have to wait and see if Ellis can get on the field, and if he does, how will he look? Kelsay and Schobel aren't exactly "young" and it's always good to have a guy waiting and being groomed. Rotate as necessary. That said, I agree with what most others are saying we need OLBs for both depth and for starting, as wells as a pass catching TE.
  19. Its early but... Round: 1: OLB 2: TE 3: DE 4: WR 5: C 6: S 7: FB Although I think that OLB, TE, and DE are interchangeable as our top needs as of right now. Of course if Ellis gets some playing time and shows promise, we can hold off on drafting a DE for another year. But we definately need a OLB, especially if Crowell leaves, and we really need a pass catching TE for Trent. It would add another dimension to our Offence.
  20. Not bad. It looks like the nfl.com front page.
  21. Anthony Munoz is arguably the best ever. Tony Boselli is up there too.
  22. Their D is not quite what it once was. And I just think that without Brady there to lead with those fourth quarter heroics , they don't have much of a chance. It all hinges on Cassel, and I think teams will stack up against the run and dare him to beat them. And I think they could only win nine games, tops.
  23. Yes he put up some big numbers, but Hall is not that good and the Raiders were incerdibly awful last night. But it certainly looks like he could be a good one.
  24. His was the worst punting I have ever seen. He did have the one that pinned us at the two. But the others were incredibly bad.
