  1. It's just speculation, but in their "fantasy analysis" of the injury they say he may only miss that one game. A glimmer of hope perhaps. I'll take it for now. Please Trent, get better. Our bye came at a good time I guess. http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/players/playerpage/410129
  2. I agree with that all, but the only way we beat SD is if Trent is back.
  3. Trent is the most important guy on our team. JP is still awful. The O Line is coming apart. I blame it ALL on Peters. He looks terrible and very undeserving of a contract. Stroud played well in wek 2, but yes he hasn't shown up as much since then. Schobel needs to start getting sacks. Yes, we did need McGee. ST was good in week 2. The Parrish injury has hurt us. The Trent injury is what killed us. Yeah, we played bad overall and the Cards played well, but Trent getting hurt was the turning point of the game. We need him.
  4. It is a promo, but it's been on since the season started. Don't know when it'll end. Get em while they're hot!
  5. I'm still anti-JP, but that was a big throw. I remember seeing those. Unfortunately they're few and far between.
  6. Holy crap. That was a BOMB.
  7. Our season is in shambles. C'mon Trent, be okay. Please, we need you. Losman is a lost man.
  8. Sweet. Way to represent.
  9. LOL. I just picked up a two four of Blue and got my free Bills hat. I must admit, I wanted the throwback hat, but I got the traditional logo hat. It still rocks. I'll wear it to the gym.
  10. Ha! That's awesome. Heathcliff, squish the fish!
  11. All home games baby! I'm in year two of having seasons and love it. No regrets at all. GO BILLS!
  12. There's has always been a formidable pass attack. The run game is non-existent. They are completely one dimensional. With Q out, they should be less effective as well. Our D has to do three things: stop Fitzgerald, pressure Warner, and force turnovers. While Warner did compile a lot of yards, they were mostly in the 2nd half, as they were playing catch up. Also, Warner turned the ball over 5 time by himself. That is a recipe for disaster and a recipe for losing.
  13. I loved Marv's quotes. So brilliant and relevant. Just fantastic stuff. What a great coach. I loved it when he said he talked about WW2 but that he wasn't comparing football to war, but that he was trying to make a point! I laughed when I saw that. One of the best ever coaches IMO.
  14. I'll be there in spirit. Go Bills!
  15. Trent is the next great quarterback. And yes, the throwbacks are awesome.
  16. Though the wound may have healed, the scar remains.
  17. Wow. Very in-depth. Great stuff. I was there on Halloween 4 years ago for that Cards game. Great game. Boldin played but was hurt in that one too. Coincidence?
  18. That's just it. Warner threw for obscene yards but actually managed to turn the ball over 5 times! If you turn the ball over that many times, you're gonna lose every time. Turnovers are just about the most telling stat in football.
  19. Couldn't agree more. Stroud needs to collapse that pocket too.
  20. I voted in the poll. I also voted in the Canadian election yesterday. I'm so political this week...
  21. I know this ain't new news, but c'mon. This is exciting for me. I love this team.
  22. The McGee loss is not critical, but it's not ideal either. I bet Whisenhunt will trot out some 3-wide sets, forcing Youboty to nickel and McKelvin to match up outside. It'll be a test, but Youboty is up to it. The question is: is McKelvin up to it. If his big time hit/FF last week is any indication, he'll be alright. He'll be tested and Kurt will throw at him a lot. I expect the Cards to look and get Fitz matched up against Youboty and McKelvin. Whitner over the top poviding help is a must. We have to double Fitz. Their run game poses little threat. I'll be watching our CBs closely.
  23. I watched the Bills/Cards preview on nfl.com earlier today. They keep underestimating us. With Boldin and Wilson out we're a lock. Yeah, they're blitz happy, but their already suspect secondary is banged up. Evans has a contract and Edwards gets better each week. If Favre can toss 6 against the Cards, then surely Trent can pitch 3. Right? I expect Evans to have a big day. I also expect Lynch to have his first 100 yard game.
