  1. At a position known for huge, over-inflated egos, Fitz and Johnson are a breath of fresh air. Super-talents who aren't divas.
  2. I was saying that too! How can this guy be on TV. Everyone in football knows what a dolt he is. He took over a bad Detroit team and made them worse. He drove that team into the ground, culminating in a 0-16 season. I'm am utterly amazed that he is welcome on a football TV set. How can anyone take him seriously knowing what he did in Detroit? He is fresh off a disaster, what a joke. He is full of crap.
  3. I like it but leaving TE until round five irks me. There's no one that good in FA at TE. Cushing is a beast. Him, Puz and Mitchell would be a solid LB corps. Also, did we pass on Raji or Orakpo in this mock?
  4. Fitz played incredible all year and especially this postseason. But Andre Johnson is the best WR in the league.
  5. I just want the Bills to win the Super Bowl once in my lifetime. When the Bills next make the Super Bowl, I'll be there. I'm buying tickets no matter the cost.
  6. Yeah. He's 30 years old, he should know better and focus his anger into his play when making tackles and sacks, not this crap. There's no place for that in the NFL.
  7. I've always wanted to get one of the Bills Super Bowl champions shirts.
  8. I agree, that punch and push was not cool. It was dirty and I didn't like it at all.
  9. I know you said except the Norwood kick, but "wide right" is the most haunting for me. That was our Super Bowl, we should've won.
  10. No surprise that coaching is the number one problem.
  11. He belongs in the HOF. As for his wife, she was gross, her hair was spikey and she looked like a man. This year, not so much, she looked good. I liked that one girl in the red halter top jumping up and down during the half-time show. They showed her twice, it was awesome.
  12. What a great game. Close through and through, came down to the end. I enjoyed this game more than last year's. I'm a little gassy from all the chicken wings and Heinekens. So here are my ten thoughts from the game: 1. James Harrison was the DPOY and showed why. That pick-six was awesome. 2. Coach Whisenhunt showed how to use your challenges. Watch this game tape Dick. 3. What was with all the penalties? Some of those were questionable at best, very wishy-washy. Just let 'em play. 4. Larry Fitzgerald set a post-season record for receiving TDs. Congrats. 5. Santonio Holmes came of age and made a lot of great catches. Wow, what a finish. Well deserved MVP too. 6. Coach Tomlin is the youngest HC to win the SB. Congrats. 7. Defense wins championships. 8. Big Ben was incredible moving around in the pocket. It's crazy to see such a big man move around like that. 9. Blitzburgh brought the pressure and did a good job of pressuring Warner for the most part. 10. Six Lombardi's for Pittsburgh. I just want one. Please God, just one.
  13. Maybe after seeing the all-time sack leader and greatest DE ever get enshrined he'll change his mind about paying for a top-flight DE.
  14. The Bills appear to be in a great position, where they could fill a number of needs with a couple different quality players. Guys like Raji, Orakpo, Brown, Maulauga, Pettirgew, and Cushing are likely to be around when we pick. We would certainly have our pick of the lot in that respcet. It'll all boil down to who is at the top of Buffalo's board. I would love it if Aaron Curry were still on the board at 11. He's a beast and would be great flanking Puz.
  15. I'd do that trade. Peppers for our first, straight up. Problem is, Peppers wants to play OLB in a 3-4. So unless he changes his mind, I don't see it happening.
  16. Steve Tasker belongs in the HOF. It is a horrible injustice that he isn't. He made so many game-changing plays, plays that directly affected the outcomes of games. Unfortunately there are too many voters who don't acknowledge special teams as HOF worthy. They are wrong and never saw Steve play. Sadly, I don't think he will ever get in. But he absolutely belongs. He absolutely should be enshrined.
  17. I hope your wrong. From what I've read both the owners and players don't want a lockout. And they won't let it happen, the NFL is too profitable.
  18. Retaining Jauron was a cheap, careless and bone-headed move on his part. But his HOF induction is a big deal, 50 years. And the truth is he has been very loyal to Buffalo. We're giving credit where credit is due.
  19. There are so many things to consider and the voters are all different. They all weigh things differently and some hold grudges and other small-minded nuances. The criteria is something along the lines of individual success, team success, consistency and a little bit of character. Ultimately, I think it comes down to individual statistics and the player's contributions to his team in terms of winning.
  20. I wish we could put Bruce into a time machine, send him back 20 years and re-draft him to today's team.
  21. Well, the number don't lie.
