Limp Dick didn't make the list for a good reason. The corpse walked away from an 0-6 division record and 2-8 finish with a 3 year $6 mil. extension. Better coaches with better records were sent packing last year. What does disappointed Dick Jauron have to do to get fired??? What will it take for Ralph to wash down $4 mil with a warm cup of Ovaltine? Anything above 6-10 and it's Groundhog Day all over again for Bills Nation. We might as well laugh along with the players.

When DJ was retained, the clear message was sent to the players that the status quo is acceptable. The players received the message and this type of thing is the result. The inmates are running the asylum. The players have no respect for Jauron and know that they can coast.

This comment should be a thread topic. It's painfully obvious that this team is no better than the one that finished 2-8 last season. Something needs to be done to prevent a tailspin. Another year of DJ is just a wasted season. Russ Brandon would apparently be the guy capable of convincing Ralph that we need change now. Extending Dick prematurely was a $6 mil. mistake and it's time to eat it and move on. Get one of the premier coaches that are available, show the players that winning is a priority, and embark on a real rebuilding program.

No, it's just that there are about 30 other "venting" threads that are currently active. If you wanted to look at the bright side of getting back to Bills football though, Dick Jauron did break his three and a half year streak of climate controlled practices by practicing in the rain. Well, until it got too wet, then he moved the practice into the bubble. But hey, baby steps. I think Dick has us on the 6 year plan.

It really isn't the no-huddle that's to blame. The Bills (so far anyway) haven't been running a hurry up offense. I've seen them take the clock down to 4 and 2 seconds in their no-huddle. There is no difference between calling the plays while huddled or calling the plays at the line if you are not in hurry up mode. The problem with this O is their ineffectiveness after the snap, not before it.

I'm pretty sure Dick realizes that he sucks huge donkey balls. He also realizes that he is guaranteed $6 mil. over the next three seasons regardless of how much he sucks.
