  1. Denver wins without covering. Niners straight up.
  2. The Panthers sold out 7,000 playoff tickets in 3 minutes. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/01/01/panthers-announce-quick-sellout-of-their-playoff-tickets/
  3. First post I've seen that I agree with all picks. K.C. was 2-5 after their bye, but Reid will have them ready. Eagles have enough to beat the traveling Saints. Bengals beat the weak Chargers. 49ers are going to the Super Bowl.2
  4. Nothing to worry about. We've been told for years that we are building through the draft. That means you draft good players and keep them on your roster, right?
  5. New link... http://blacksportsonline.com/home/2013/12/anderson-silva-breaks-leg-against-chris-wideman-video/
  6. I agree. The lack of discipline (penalties) really bothers me. The fact that our O-line isn't great bothers me (this is Marrone's area of expertise). Look at what Syracuse did without Marrone and Hacket. 6-6 with a bowl win. They didn't skip a beat. We continued to suck on the road. On the bright side, .500 in the division is o.k. for a rookie head coach. He didn't lose the team after they lost to Atl and didn't show up in T.B. They came back with wins against Jax and Miami and I will give him credit for that. Overall, I would can Hacket and the S.T. coach and give Marrone next season to prove himself. This was another in a string of uninspiring head coach hirings. If you're serious about winning you have to become better than the Pats. It takes a real head coach to do that!
  7. I would go heavy on offense (all things being equal). We have to improve offensively. RB is the only spot that doesn't need to be addressed.
  8. Kiko does need to bulk up. I'm sure he will work on it this off season and come back with a lot more muscle weight.
  9. Yeah that's grounds for dumping her. Unless she's really hot, then like a big nose or a mole on her neck, you can get past it.
  10. I see you live down in Raleigh. You probably eat ranch with your "hot wings".
  11. Did you read the thread title? Let the criticisms of everything begin.
  12. You had me going for a second! O.K. more criticism, who the hell eats ranch dressing with their wings?!?! There ought to be a law...
  13. Led Zeppelin is the greatest rock band in the history of the planet. So is mine. The final season of Breaking Bad was a disappointment. The writing was bad and it felt like they were pressured to bring the series to an abrupt end.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K5o706yMfQ That's gonna leave a mark!
  15. Instead of $12.95 to order the calendar, I'll make a donation for them to keep their clothes on!
  16. I've lived in Charlotte for 18 years. I'll go with the Panthers although I really don't consider myself a fan. I'm hopelessly loyal to the hapless Bills.
  17. Does anyone find it odd that the letter was typewritten? Call me a skeptic, but I think a large family just scammed their way into an all expense paid trip to Disney. Full body massage included. Merry Christmas suckers!
  18. I know it won't happen. If we don't finish strong, at least two very close, competitive games, it is what I would like to see. Why drag out yet another failed 3 year experiment?
  19. Winning out is important for Doug Marrone. IMO, the Atlanta and T.B. losses were a sign of regression and a two week period that shook his tenure at its foundation. How much did a close win against a bad Jags team (granted they were on a slight hot streak) really mean? We'll find out. If they don't finish strong I would want him to be 1 and done. Bring in a real HC and staff. So far Marrone has not proved that he is any better than the string of losers we've had the last 14 years.
  20. I don't know if they can do it, but it would really help. There are so many times that I agree with a post but don't feel like responding. A like button would be an easy way of giving positive feedback to a poster.
  21. I must have missed the rule that states this site is for unbridled optimists only.
  22. - Why don't we ever bring in a top tier coach. We hire "yes men" on the cheap who are just happy to be an NFL head coach. Why isn't our offensive line better. Doug Marrone is a former O-lineman and that's how he worked his way up in the NFL. Shouldn't his area of expertise be a strong point of the team? We did have a lot of close calls, wasted opportunities as I see them. You know how to turn around a culture of losing? BY WINNING! Anything else just reinforces the losing culture! Time will tell if Marrone can improve. I say I've seen enough!
  23. We need a "like" button on this site similar to facebook.
