So BLZFAN is back. I know that all of you have missed me dearly and were curious of my absence. I spent the last week traveling "back home" to WNY. Stayed at the Millenium in CheektaVegas (what an overrated outdated piece of crap hotel that was). Had a wedding to attend there on Saturday. Ate Gandy's (Chktaga) twice and Pizza Junction (NT) once. Went on the maid of the mist and spent a day on Clifton Hill (few wax museums and an over-priced lunch at Chicago Pizza). Did the obligatory family visits in between. Oh yeah, had lunch art Mississippi Mudds (beef on weck was dissapointing but the sweet potato fries rocked!) Saw "Stealin" at a lawn fete on Friday night, pretty cool. Stopped in Cleveland for 2 days on the way back to Charlotte. Double Tree on the lake was pretty nice. Saw the Cleveland Art Museum. R-n-Roll HOF, and Yankees win 8-0 on Wed night! So that's about it, not a bad week and to top it off I'm leading this infinite competition, not bad!!!

A broken watch is right twice a day, which is more than I can say about most people here!

The worst concert I ever saw was about 5 years ago (memory is a bit fogged from malted hops and bong resin) it was Jimmy Buffet in Charlotte. My first (and only) Buffet show. We had AN ABSOLUTE BLAST tailgating. We had a fully operational tiki bar with lights and power. Made margaritas and partied our asses off! We made our way to our lawn seats when the show was about to start at around 3 and the sky grew black. Then came a torrential downpour. Buffet played through the rain but we only lasted for 2 1/2 songs. The rain continued and we called it a day. Had it been Robert Plant or some sort of Zeppelin reunion I would have toughed it out, but not for Buffet.
