The thing is that they should have came out charged up for this game. They went in knowing that they needed to work on starting strong. Knowing that they had a shot at 5-0. And this was clearly their worst performance of the season in all three phases of the game. Not good.

That was a typical JP performance. A beautiful long completion to LE but poor clock management (delay of game penalty where he had no clue why a flag was thrown) inaccurate passes, and holding the ball too long, therefore taking sacks. Over 4 quarters of football, JP will hurt your O more than he helps it.

At least there's a bright side.

Maybe I shouldn't pass judgement on the whole industry based on the 3 matches I saw last but I was unimpressed with the lack of real violence. I thought they should have let the Kimbo fight go a little longer. Like I said, in the fight before that, the guy from San Fran had his opponent down and the punches he was throwing were a disgrace.

That was the first time I ever watched MMA and I wasn't impressed. I thought it was very weak. Kimbo was F'ed up by 2 punches, the one that took him down and one while he was down. All of the other punches were outright misses or just glancing blows. The guy who won the fight before that had his opponent down, and all he did was deliver weak love taps. Why not throw real punches? Boxing + WWE = MMA.

I had the same experience last night and thought how great youtube is. After viewing the clip you posted I got into some Yardbirds. I am a big Led Zeppelin fan so it was very interesting for me to see the roots of the bands creation. I also checked out some Jeff Beck with Rod Stewart. At one point Jimmy Page was considering Stewart as the front man for Zeppelin. So really, Beck and Stewart could have been the beginning of a Led Zep type blues-based superband. As it turned out, Jimmy page got the ingedients right with Bonham, Plant, John Paul Jones, and the management of Peter Grant. Anyhoo, got some work to do today.

I think they definitely would have won at least 1 more if they beat the Giants. The thing I think about is what may have happened the season before if Ronnie Harmon hadn't dropped the ball in Cleveland. The Bills would have gone into Denver for the Conference Championship game. Sure they were young, but anything could have happened.

I don't think that the Bills will disappoint in this game. I really like the fact that we are going into a bye because that eliminates the "trap" game scenario. I'm sure the players are as excited about the possibility of being 5-0 as the fans are.
